房間很不錯，乾淨整潔，房間也挺大。

性價比非常非常高的酒店。
位置不錯，出門步行幾分鐘就是省人民醫院地鐵站，打車去鄭州熱門景點或商圈也不貴（如二七廣場）。
前台和服務員都很有禮貌，服務也很周到。
點外賣有機器人送達，有一天外賣機器人壞了服務員也會送上來。房間缺東西比如缺礦泉水也可以用小程序請求送達，速度很快。
衞生沒問題，是華住會的標準。外出時掛上請打掃的牌子，房間會打掃的很及時也很乾凈。
但是感覺wifi有點慢，看4k視頻不是很流暢，網速能再快點就好了。
退房離店時會送上一份零食小禮。

酒店可以，是一次跟愉快的旅行，酒店很安全，沒有房卡是上不去的。環境也很好，服務態度也很好，挺滿意的一次住宿

很乾凈衞生的一家酒店，就在經三路上，距離省醫很近，周邊吃的喝的水果店也都很方便，有獨立停車場，樓下那家青島餃子店不錯。

優點：價位適中，離河南省人民醫院比較近
缺點：1.前台服務很差很差很差：入住時因衹有一個人入住，訂了大床房，前台讓調到親子房間，我禮貌拒絕（説：不用，謝謝），那個和同班相比比較矮胖一些的服務員現場擺臭t臉，當場給表演了不開心。2.前台説謊話欺騙顧客：擺臭臉服務員用很厭煩且輕慢的語氣説給升級成為高級大床房。第一我訂的房間是大床房，沒想過要過佔酒店便宜，我訂什麼價位的房間就住什麼房。第二並沒有升級到什麼所謂的大床房。3.房間衞生狀況有待提高，不乾淨。建議：顧客對酒店的好感是靠好的服務加分的，不是靠忽悠顧客得來的。
