我在鐵友訂了那麼多次賓館，第一次想給一個賓館打0分，到了賓館以後給我的房間和我訂的完全不是一會事兒，而且房間空調收費，衞生間空間狹小，關上門味道都上頭，她們收同樣的費用，給我個垃圾房間，下圖是我定的，大家可以看看和我訂的差別，本來就是圖個離考試離得近，結果我一肚子火，這事兒我和賓館沒玩，已經反映給鐵友客服了，考完試我就打消費者協會的投訴電話和市場監管局的電話，都不管我就直接打市長熱線。
