攜程和酒店的溝通很有問題，一是我已經預付款了，酒店來電話問何時到店那語氣感覺是你不來入住房間要給別人那意思。到店後，因為早餐問題要看客户攜程上的訂單訊息，這個非常不職業和不禮貌。姑且不説我們的訂單本來就有早餐，但前台不信我們説的，二是我們本身也是華住的金牌會員，本來就可以送早餐
