The place is not so bad, it’s in a good location close to many good places, but they must really work on improving their hygiene… under the bed was dusty yet the bed in a corner I was suffocating

Great hotel with good amenities. Not far from downtown fun. Breakfast was good & hot. Staff was super helpful friendly & professional. Shower and bathroom had more than enough room (a pet peeve of mine is a tiny bathroom). Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend. Great deal for the price

Uniquely designed, feels very western. Staff was great and had advanced knowledge of English. Beds were so comfy. Lots of shops and restaurants south of the building. Wifi was fast. Windows we’re big. Only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast hawker outside of the lobby. It was so loud and violent that I thought it was a demonstration lol. I have the feeling that this is a daily occurrence so if you don’t want to hear yelling and banging pans for an hour every morning request a room on the east side. Even still, this place is fantastic and I recommend it

On the Trip.com site, it says; 'Has a window' 'Partially has a window' 'A fixed window' or something like this. Not only see some photos of the rooms on the website, but also carefully check if the room you are booking surely has a window or not. When I checked-in, I was told that my room had NO window. It was O.K. if you were in your room only to sleep, because the room is large enough, clean enough and comfortable enough. Nothing is wrong with the room itself at all. However, I found on the following morning that I could not see how the weather was like until I actually went outside, because I could not see outside from the window.
