The hotel environment is nice, warm and comfortable. The front desk lady is enthusiastic and responsive. The room is cleaned in a timely manner, clean and tidy. A plate of fruit is served every day, which is thoughtful. The breakfast variety is quite rich and the taste is quite good. In fact, what I like most is the dry and wet separation in the bathroom. "This is our first time to Zhenjiang. This hotel is within 10 minutes taxi ride from Zhenjiang railway station. On 27 Dec 2023, we arrived late at night and all the shops nearby the hotel have already closed. So, no dinner. The reception staff, Fang Rong and 张师傅, took good care of us by offering snacks and carried our luggage into the room. The hotel’s location and environment are fantastic! It is located at Xijindu ancient street where you can stroll along the ancient street. The museum and old British consulate are within walking distance from the hotel, through the ancient street, past a 观音 cave. Another tourist spot, Jinshan 金山 is also within 20 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel’s breakfast is delicious and good value for money. The hotel’s room is very clean, very comfortable and very nice. The hotel’s staff Steven is friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about the area. Upon check out, we got a small trinket as souvenir. I had a pleasant stay and will definitely choose this hotel again. Thank you all for the outstanding service and warm hospitality during our stay."

"It was a great experience. Parking was convenient and check-in was quick. Although the room rate was cheap, the room was very soundproofed. The shower was large and had strong water pressure. The room was decorated in natural wood, which is my favorite style. The guy at the front desk was also very professional and attentive."

There are buses nearby, which are convenient for going to scenic spots and eating. The bedding is good, quiet, and the waiters are very good."

"Everything was top tier. From the check-in where I was upgraded to a river view room, the clean, spacious and inviting room to the service and superb breakfast. The view from the restaurant was amazing. This was my pre birthday trip and the Hyatt made it so special. I even got a slice to birthday cake. The lady at the front desk who checked me in spoke really good English and was so kind and caring and she’s also a Gemini 😁🎉 I would 100% recommend and come back here."

"There were a few blood stains on the curtains, and the slippers were torn. What was even more disturbing was that the shower head had to be held by hand when taking a shower. "Facilities: The facilities are complete. All the necessary equipment has a TV and can be played on demand. The equipment is relatively new. Environment: I originally thought it would be noisier facing the street, but I didn't expect there was almost no sound when the windows were closed. "The room was spacious, with two 1.5-meter beds and plenty of space. The small sofa chair was also very comfortable. This was my first time booking a Home Inn Select hotel in two or three years. I originally chose it for its proximity to the train station and the large bed. Although it only had a three-star rating, it was truly worth the money, and the stay was excellent. The cleaning lady we passed in the hallway greeted us proactively, and every staff member was beaming. Best of all, the price was incredibly affordable. 😂😂😂 (I'm talking like I'm dragging my child) I brought my elderly parents and children with me and booked two rooms, one facing the road and one facing the railway tracks. The side facing the tracks has double-glazed windows, so it's not a problem at night.
