Right outside Zhenjiang North Square Station, you can spot Aryat Hotel – it's that close, yet surprisingly quiet. The front desk staff are super welcoming, and the room was spotless and well-maintained. All the amenities are there, and the bathroom was quite spacious with good ventilation. The hotel's location is excellent, really close to the main attractions; if you don't mind a walk, you can get there on foot, otherwise, a taxi is only about ten yuan. For those driving, there's parking right in front of Aryat. If you're planning a trip to Zhenjiang, Aryat is definitely a great choice.

This was the best stay I've had all year! The front desk staff were super welcoming and even upgraded my room. The room itself was huge, spotless, and really smart – it even had wireless charging and a food delivery robot. Plus, it's not far from all the attractions. I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

Great hotel location, right near Wanda Plaza. Parking was convenient and free. Zhenjiang Guogai Noodles were absolutely divine, and Yong'an Fish Restaurant was incredibly delicious too! Everyone at the hotel was so welcoming and helpful, and even the locals I met out and about were really friendly. I just picked this city as a random stopover, but I was so pleasantly surprised – great food and fun things to do. Zhenjiang is wonderful, I'll definitely be back!

The room was clean and tidy, the staff were very enthusiastic, and they upgraded the room type for free. They also prepared slippers and fruits for the children. I will choose Ji Hotel next time I come to Zhenjiang

The holiday brought the baby to spring tour, the hotel is close to Jinshan Temple, the room is very clean, there is also a free parking place in the back yard, the zero-pressure mattress is very comfortable to sleep, the service is also very good, the only thing is to make a small suggestion: the room can provide some disposable towels and bath towels, convenient for guests in need 👌

My stay at Sheraton Zhenjiang Kanghua Huili was absolutely perfect! The location is fantastic, within walking distance of Zhenjiang Station, and right next to Wanda Plaza, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping. The lobby has a grand, high ceiling, and the crystal chandeliers create a wonderful ambiance. The room was clean and spacious, with Sheraton's signature bed that was just the right balance of soft and firm. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Carrie Wang at the front desk was warm and attentive, handling check-in efficiently and with great attention to detail. The breakfast spread was extensive, and the local 'Guogai Noodles' were authentic and delicious. The heated swimming pool had clean water. Overall, it offers great value for money and is my top choice for business trips or tourism in Zhenjiang. I'll definitely be back!

The hotel may have a long construction time and is close to the scenic spot Xijindu or Jinshan. Compared with other Vienna hotels, it is slightly inferior. It is too perfunctory to compare with hotels of the same type of quasi-four-star and above. This trip is the peak season of May 1st Golden Week, the price is three-level jump, I think it is understandable (after all, three times the salary investment), but I don't really feel the service. When parking first, there is no special person to guide the underground parking lot at the gate, resulting in a rainy day parking around the corner (during the period, the car staff get off the bus, since there is already a doorman guide, can you put a handle or an umbrella? Standing straight at the door), this is not as good as Wuhan Vienna. Secondly, at 4 pm on the same day, there were 2 people in the hall, and there were four or five groups of wet guests, all spent in the hall. Then, since I saw a child after check-in, the service staff did not remind me whether I needed children's slippers (later consulted the front desk and sent it up). In addition, the room reservation displays one-click intelligent management (feeling is really good, watching a TV, it is to let you scan the code to flush the fee; smart toilet, it is automatic water spray). Fifth, the reservation is included in breakfast (breakfast is on the 12th floor). When the result went upstairs, the aunt stopped and asked for breakfast coupons. The result went to the first floor and asked again. Good guy, the front desk said (sorry, forgot), this service is really ”nuanced”. If you can trouble the guests, you will definitely not trouble yourself. Finally, before leaving the store, I thought about some changes and washing clothes. In the room, I didn't even have a bag. The general manager of Vienna Xijindu Store, a guest suggested: 1. It is recommended that the staff's service responsibility be improved, and the guests should consider it from the perspective of the guests. 2. For the golden stage of the scenic spot, personnel investment should be strengthened and management inspections increased. 3. Therefore, the subtle feelings are often before and after the processing (ask more, say more), and the service advantages are immediately obvious. 4. Put an extra publicity bag in the room, which can not only promote, but also improve the service in a subtle way. 5. The water of ice dew sent by the room is actually not much different from the slightly better mineral water. If it can be improved, I believe that small investment will make you unexpected returns. 6. If you can increase the management of ladder control, the privacy and hotel quality may be even higher. More words, if the general manager of the store can see, I hope to help you from the real perspective of the guests to give you some inspiration, purely their own personal views. The last place to be praised: late check-out until 14 o'clock, when checking out, because you have to play in the surrounding attractions, you are afraid that it will be too late to check out, the front desk is very warm to reply. The room was spacious, with two 1.5-meter beds and plenty of space. The small sofa chair was also very comfortable. This was my first time booking a Home Inn Select hotel in two or three years. I originally chose it for its proximity to the train station and the large bed. Although it only had a three-star rating, it was truly worth the money, and the stay was excellent. The cleaning lady we passed in the hallway greeted us proactively, and every staff member was beaming. Best of all, the price was incredibly affordable. 😂😂😂 (I'm talking like I'm dragging my child) I brought my elderly parents and children with me and booked two rooms, one facing the road and one facing the railway tracks. The side facing the tracks has double-glazed windows, so it's not a problem at night. I believe I'll be choosing Home Inn Select more often when traveling to other cities in the future, and I hope you'll keep choosing it.
