This quaint, good location hotel exceeded my expectations. I arrived alone during the Chinese New Year and when the scare of Covid was about, but the family here, made me feel very welcome. They ended up inviting me to their family's big New Year dinner. They cooked holiday meals for me, gave me beer, baiju. I met the entire family. They placed babies in my arms, and i danced with the eldest sister, the grandma. I felt so included by their warmth and hospitality, showing genuine Chinese generosity. The rooms themselves were very comfortable. Even, if the family had never invited me, i felt relaxed and rested well in the cozy bed, and well heated room. I highly recommend this hotel for any traveler.

The view from the room is great! It's so beautiful to swing on the balcony in the evening while enjoying the cool breeze and watching the beautiful scenery! The hot water is great! Very quiet and slept soundly! Since we had to leave very early the next day, the boss gave us a taxi number and contacted the driver, which solved our big problem! Thank you so much! Very good impression of Zhenyuan! Everyone is indifferent to the world, lives slowly, and is envious! I want to stay longer next time!

The hotel is middle located in downtown. So beside nice location, going in with a car is not really possible during day time. The lobby looked very modern, room honestly more old style. There are pretty much shops and restaurants nearby and also lots of possibilities for sightseeing. The breakfast honestly was not up to our expectations. Same every morning with not too much choice (looked already finished, when you come 8:45, though breakfast till 9:30). Due to location, price/value ok.
