環境各方面都挺好的，就是試了一下投影儀系統有點慢還經常卡。馬桶沒有配備一次性馬桶墊。

先説優點吧，離步行街很近，相當於離龍津風雨橋很近，周邊購物方便。價格相對便宜。
剩下就都是缺點了，房間實在是太太太太太吵了！本來外面就車水馬龍人聲鼎沸一直到到大半夜，跑車的，吵架的，行人喊來喊去的，烏泱烏泱的，根本睡不着！窗户還關不嚴，漏着縫，雪上加霜。
院子裏有停車場，但車位不多。
