Zhongshan Hotels with Bars

We stayed in Room 4822 between 15 Novemver and 16 November. The room is clean and large. Furthermore, it has an excellent indoor swimming pool. However, the staff at the reception counter is not at professional standard. He first gave a wrong key to us so that we could not take a lift to our floor. Secondly, the young staff at the reception counter did not tell us that we need to scan the QR code before we drove our car left the carpark. Finally, Vivi of the hotel follows up the issue for us and we highly appreciate the follow up service provided by Vivi of the hotel. On the whole, the service is outstanding. if next time I go to Zhongshan, I should definitely selection to stay in this hotel.

Great location for visiting Zhongshan to stay in this hotel. It’s near the landmark along the river. The staff are great soon as we check in to the time checking out. We will be back!

Beautiful rooms and the hot spring was big with a lot of option. We love the sauna there. There’s this heating stone where you can lie down and have massage. It was amazing. We really enjoyed the stay there for a birthday celebration. They even prepared a cake for us which is so kind and sweet. Highly recommending if you are traveling with your family! as hotel guest you have unlimited access to the hot spring.

Great young team at front desk. Very helpful and food at breakfast very nice. Room Was great also and very clean. 100% will return here in my next trip.

We visited Zhongshan for 2 days to have a look at the real estate and potential investment. The Crown Plaza is welll located not too far from a large nature park where we took a run in the morning. The service is outstanding in particular during the morning breakfast, where an attendant brought me a cappuccino I did not ask for, he just presented it saying this is on the house! This was a nice surprise! The room is as expected of a Crown Plaza, very nice and clean. From the pictures on the website, I was excited to see the pool and the tennis court, but was a bit disappointed since the pool looked deserted (off season?), and the tennis court looked worned out. Nice hotel to spend the night.

It's a good quality hotel in Zhongshan. They offer a breakfast and it's worth to try because it provides some Japanese food and the choices of food are more than other. As compared in quality, service and food, I think it is high cost performance.

The room is very clean and the lobby is very luxurious. I took my parents here to walk along the Zhongshen Channel and play in Zhongshan. I ate pigeon and left on a whim. It's a little expensive to travel during holidays, but it's still an acceptable price.

The hotel is located in Zhongshan East District with beautiful environment. Stayed at this hotel because it is quite famous abroad. The transportation is not very convenient, but there are many restaurants and restaurants nearby, including roasted squab and reservoir fish. The front desk service was very good. The receptionist automatically upgraded our room to a suite on the 18th floor. The room is large and L-shaped, with two large beds on one side and a small living room on the other side. Equipment includes electric kettle, coffee and tea bags. The bathroom has a deep bathtub and a large shower room. Well equipped. Very good enjoyment. There are many products for breakfast. Cakes, drinks, coffee, bread, porridge and noodles are all available. Breakfast is reasonably priced. I give it 4.8 points

Room was newly renovated so clean, location convenient for travelling to nearby areas. Breakfast price is reasonable, overall price versus services enjoyed is acceptable.

The hotel reception is very good, the guest rooms are in good condition, the hygiene is spotless, and it pays great attention to the sense of design, with a good combination of simplicity and Chinese style. The hotel's services are very satisfactory, giving me a feeling of home. It is impeccable in every aspect, and the price is very reasonable. The environment of the whole hotel is very quiet, allowing people to get enough rest and relaxation during a busy journey. I hope I will have the opportunity to stay in this hotel next time.
