The location of the hotel is easy to find.There are plenty of parking spaces in the parking lot, so it's easy to park.Breakfast in the hotel is delicious, and I like theirs best.Baked potatoes and bacon are very delicious.The sanitation of the hotel is clean and tidy as a whole.It's comfortable to stay.I will give priority to this hotel when I come to Guzhen in the future.In addition, the service of the hotel is very thoughtful, and the staff are very polite.Services demand response was quickly.This hotel is really doing well in all aspects.

The hotel's location is very good. I love its no-smoking policy which renders me a smoke-free room. The breakfast is of good quality and the clientele is also good. The only reservation is that the room's air-conditioning will automatically tune up after mid-night leaving the room's temperature going up and making us quite uncomfortable.

Very friendly staff and they really try hard to satisfy your needs. However the hotel is located in an older town area and hotel needs updating. It is conveniently close to some food restaurants and about 25 min walk to a mall where you’ll find shopping, good eats and fun. Thumbs up to Atour staff and Atour hotel.

I arrived hotel at around 10:00, and provided them my name at check in counter as usual, the front desk staffs told me they cannot find my booking number, I showed them my trip com booking screen which has all my booking info, payment record etc, and still hold me there for half an hour, finally they said they can ”arrange” me a new room and need another deposit, no next time to this hotel

The location in the city center is excellent, the environment is quiet, the room is clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, the hot water is sufficient, and the dry and wet areas are separated. The breakfast restaurant has a river view and there are many low-fat and low-sugar foods to choose from. It is very good and a pleasant meal.

aTour had been renovated from the old hotel which I have visited many times, most everything have been improved, hotel amenities were good except without small towels, good value breakfast but ordinary in traditional Chinese and not much variety, both services in front desk, room cleanings and bf restaurant were well trained polite and professional. Price wise was somewhat expensive compared with other hotels at this time, location and grade.

Relative to this price, it is already super cost-effective. The service is very good, the room is clean and the shower hot water is very stable. I forgot that the puncher was in the room, and the staff called and sent it home for us. A good stay experience.
