Hope the lift can run faster! And hope the bath tube be a bit new. The rest is good and the service is very nice too!

This is not a standalone hotel but is inside a commercial complex by occupying several floors of the commercial building. Podium is a big shopping centre and you may find many restaurants, a supermarket and many other retailers there. You may find this hotel good if you love shopping. Facilities of the hotel are very limited but the room is really big and clean. Staff are nice and friendly.

Very good stay, everything is clean and working, staff are friendly and helpful, recommended hotel for the city of Zhong Shan. Tons of restaurants, bakery, retail ,behind and beside the hotel so you would never have any problems finding something you like.

I have stayed at Lavande Hotel in TanZhou which is about 70km from Lavande Hotel at Lihe Plaza and which is a well run hotel with sizable room and nice interior. I was also pleasantly surprised by the errand robot delivering a shaver to me at my door. However, the Lavande hotel at Lihe Plaza is a bit disappointing.. For one, the entrance is small and hidden because it's next to a MacDonald (actually surrounded by it) and I almost couldn't found it. The room size is also a bit smaller than the one I stayed before and washing basin must be placed outside the wash room. There's also not enough desk space to put things travelers put their stuffs. The location is at the city centre though and the surrounding is nice, which is the saving grace for it.

The brother who checked in at the lobby was very polite and upgraded our room with welcome red bean paste. The three staff at the front desk were very friendly and recommended nearby attractions. The security guard even helped us with parking locations. The overall feeling was good and the room Clean management, will stay again

The location of the hotel is easy to find, opposite Zhongshan International Hotel. The hotel rooms are clean and quite large. The hotel is not far from Sunwen Pedestrian Street. You can go there for sightseeing and eat at Daoxiang Restaurant in Xingzhong Square. You can taste Zhongshan pigeon at the clay pot shop next to the hotel.

Stayed for two or three weeks. At first I felt good, the more I felt behind it, the more general. Some details are not very OK, the health is getting more and more perfunctory, the front desk clerk training may not be in place, there is no sense of boundaries, but there is a front desk lady who is very flexible in handling things. Secondly, I have lived here for so long and called it wrong. The note left in the room is better than not leaving it. Call the lady as Mr.? I will not continue to choose to live in Xi'an next time.

Special mention and praise to the two front desk girls who checked in yesterday afternoon. When booking, I specifically made a note that I wanted a quiet room. When I checked in at noon yesterday, I thought of reminding me again. Unexpectedly, the two girls immediately said that they had been arranged for me. I had a quiet room and slept very comfortably all night without hearing any sound. The front desk really provided five-star service. Thumbs up! Secondly, the room is very spacious, and there are pedestrian streets and squares nearby, with a lot of delicious food. Because of the five-star service at the front desk, I will definitely stay here next time I come to Zhongshan!
