This is not a standalone hotel but is inside a commercial complex by occupying several floors of the commercial building. Podium is a big shopping centre and you may find many restaurants, a supermarket and many other retailers there. You may find this hotel good if you love shopping. Facilities of the hotel are very limited but the room is really big and clean. Staff are nice and friendly.

Some details are not very OK, the health is getting more and more perfunctory, the front desk clerk training may not be in place, there is no sense of boundaries, but there is a front desk lady who is very flexible in handling things. Secondly, I have lived here for so long and called it wrong. The note left in the room is better than not leaving it. Call the lady as Mr.? I will not continue to choose to live in Xi'an next time.

Beautiful rooms and the hot spring was big with a lot of option. We love the sauna there. There’s this heating stone where you can lie down and have massage. It was amazing. We really enjoyed the stay there for a birthday celebration. They even prepared a cake for us which is so kind and sweet. Highly recommending if you are traveling with your family! as hotel guest you have unlimited access to the hot spring.

The brother who checked in at the lobby was very polite and upgraded our room with welcome red bean paste. The three staff at the front desk were very friendly and recommended nearby attractions. The security guard even helped us with parking locations. The overall feeling was good and the room Clean management, will stay again
