Hot spring Hotels in Zhoushan

Hotel staff is kindly hospitality Room service is not available Coffee is not available at the room, should going to first floor to get free coffee. Breakfast is less than two star hotel, very poor, I was doubt about the hotel is really Shangri-la or fake!!

I spent 3 nights in Sheraton Zhoushan Hotel. Service is really good, staff is polite and competent (English speak as well). Restaurant is really good, for breakfast and for dinner as well (buffet style with fresh fish). BUT I gave 1 Star to facilities since I choose this hotel for the beautiful (on picture from the website) outdoor pool, but with my big surprise, it was not available, just few cm of water and the bottom of the pool was slimy..... Staff said that since last year pool is not available and used just for small child with inflatables. Towel service also not available. I really think that this detail should be remarked in the website otherwise people can be misled (like me)

Transportation: The transportation is really convenient, very close to the pier, and the beach is in front of the hotel. Children like it very much! If it is redecorated, the business will definitely be better, and the geographical location is very advantageous. Service: The service is good. The front desk is warm and will call ahead to inform you about check-in. After arriving at the hotel, the concierge will help you with your luggage, and will also help you with your luggage when you go back, which is very warm. Facilities: Overall, it’s okay. I want to have a better night’s stay when I take my baby to Putuo Mountain. I want to find a hotel with a swimming pool so that my baby can play in the water. The garden view room I originally booked was upgraded to a sea view room for free. Looking at the outside area, the hotel has a wave pool and an outdoor swimming pool. It is estimated that it will be lively in summer, and it is suitable for children to play in the water. There is no water in the off-season now. Environment: There are many seafood restaurants within a 200-meter walk, which are very convenient to eat. Spring afternoon tea set: salty desserts are more delicious.

Although it is far from the popular scenic spot Zhujiajian, the whole family thinks that this hotel is very good. Seafood noodle shop. Many people in the comments say that the bed is too soft, but I really like soft beds haha. I go to the gym for a run and swim at night, and come back to take a hot bath, and I slept very comfortably. The sea view room has a beautiful view from the window, the room is big enough, and the view from the breakfast room is great. I ate a meal at Gaojiazhuang on the second floor, which everyone strongly recommends. Except for the hairtail, there is nothing particularly remarkable about it. It takes ten minutes to drive to Lanyue Lake and Hong Kong Island Bridge to watch the sunset, and Zhujiajian Daqingshan is even more beautiful. Zhoushan is good and worth visiting often.

I didn’t do a strategy to choose a hotel randomly. You can see the sea and feel very good. The hotel is in a resort, and the price/performance ratio is quite high. The environment of the whole resort is very good, quite high-end, very quiet, very suitable for bringing children to play, there are many entertainment and sports facilities inside, you can stay for a few more days during the summer vacation if you have time. It takes about ten minutes to go to Dongsha to watch the sunrise in the morning, and five or six minutes to drive to Nansha, because I can only visit other attractions for one day, and the facilities in Zhujiajian are much more mature than other small islands in Zhoushan.

The Manla Sea view villa owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. The husband came to the bus station to pick us and our luggage upon arrival. As I was travelling with my 2 young children, this was very convenient for us. The villa location was perfect for us. It’s a short walk away from countless seafood restaurant and small supermarkets for our daily needs. It’s also very close to Nansha beach and the tourist centre area which had NAT services. We spent some time at Dongsha beach which was a short and cheap taxi ride away and also next to the Westin hotel where my boys enjoyed the buffet. You can even walk there as it’s not very far away. Meals at the villa were sufficient and tasty. The breakfast is Chinese style and plentiful. It’s a good way to begin the day as we explored the area. The wife was very helpful, kind and generous to us frequently giving us food like bread, cakes, yoghurt, etc. We were also given some fresh grapes in our room every day.
