續住這家酒店，想住大一點的房間，所以特地多付了一百多塊去住45平方的家庭房，結果空間感比昨天住30平方的還差，所以想換一間房。我可以理解週末可能多人住，所以我不介意跟你們好好溝通。但你們服務態度真的不行，2位新人前台小姐，嫌麻煩，不想讓我們換，所以一臉不耐煩，然後讓我保潔談，保潔是你領導嗎？你們的工作崗位要不就交換一下？！
上樓後保潔帶我去看另一種房型，原本我覺得她肯盡量滿足客人的需求，這服務態度比前台好一點，但朋友後來跟我說保潔趁我在樓下跟前台溝通時，在樓上兇他，說換房要付清潔費，然後管他要30塊，看到我卻只字未提。第一，我們在車上拿完行李剛上去房間，我手機沒電都沒來得及充，我就已經下去找前台談了，我不辦理退款就不錯了，你們憑甚麼想收費？第二，就算真要付錢，你有甚麼事就跟我說，不要在那邊給我欺負年紀小的朋友。我都願意花300多塊去住家庭房了，我還介意多付那30塊嗎？本來打算再玩幾天，結果心情都被破壞，回家了。
來住了5，6次，房價越來越貴，服務卻一次比一次差。每次都要我給好評，你們也得給我好的服務才行呀。如果你們服務好的話，續住好幾個晚上都不是問題，而且不用說我也會給好評價的好嗎！
