For a Holiday Inn under the InterContinental brand, the room size, decor, elevators, and lobby environment didn't quite live up to the price point and brand. The overall hardware facilities were quite old, the location was rather unremarkable, and parking was congested. I felt it wasn't as good as a comparable all-season hotel or Atour. However, the service score is 5, and these 5 points are solely for the valet attendant at the entrance. The valet parking service was excellent throughout, which was the only pleasant surprise of my stay. Facilities: 3 Cleanliness: 4 Environment: 3 Service: 5"

"This is my second stay here, and I'm even more familiar with the surroundings now – it's such a convenient location for getting anywhere! The front desk staff proactively upgraded my room. However, being sensitive to noise and a bit of a light sleeper, I had to ask the hotel to help me switch to a quieter room. Seven Liang was very enthusiastic and quickly resolved the room issue for me. The new room had a great view, and I had a wonderful, restful sleep! Also, all the staff I encountered in the restaurant, executive lounge, hallways, and concierge during these past few days were very warm and friendly. The breakfast was as delicious and varied as ever. I love Zhuhai, and I love the Crowne Plaza Zhuhai even more. Next time I visit, I'll definitely stay here again – highly recommended! 😂"

"Our hotel package didn't include meals, so we bought an extra buffet dinner which came with a room upgrade to a family room. It was penguin-themed, and the kids absolutely loved it. There's a dedicated hotel通道 (access) to Ocean Park, which also enters through the main gate. It's a bit of a walk, but being able to enter an hour earlier is a huge plus. The guest rooms are spacious and softly lit, with plenty of natural light. The furniture is neatly arranged, and the bedding feels wonderfully soft. Returning to the room after a day of fun and play, you can really relax and ease your body's fatigue. The dining options are abundant and diverse, with each restaurant offering its unique flavors. The dishes cater to various dietary preferences, and the ingredients are of excellent quality. The dining areas are open and bright. Public facilities are regularly inspected and maintained, ensuring all equipment runs smoothly. The staff are attentive and polite, welcoming guests with warmth and generosity, and diligently addressing all guest inquiries. The hotel is adorned with themed decorations throughout, creating a strong holiday atmosphere from the lobby to the corridors. Public areas are kept impeccably clean, and a leisurely stroll can help you unwind after a day of activities. Whether you're traveling with family or friends, you're sure to have an ideal stay. The seamless transition between play and relaxation ensures a wonderful and memorable trip."
