The St. Regis Zhuhai

This holiday, I stayed at the St. Regis Zhuhai and I absolutely have to commend their butler service – it was truly thoughtful and attentive! When I first entered the room, there was a slight odor, which impacted my experience a bit. After I communicated this to my butler, Linn, she handled it incredibly promptly and appropriately. She patiently helped me coordinate a room change, followed up meticulously throughout the whole process, and I didn't have to worry about a thing. The minor hiccup was resolved very professionally and thoroughly. I was traveling with two children, and the butler noticed this thoughtful detail. She even specifically brought them cute little gifts, which made the kids very happy. Throughout my entire stay, she was on call whenever needed, and her service was gentle yet meticulous, with an incredible attention to detail. Overall, my stay was fantastic. The service was truly impeccable, and both the value for money and the quality of service were excellent. Next time I visit Zhuhai, I will definitely choose to stay at the St. Regis Zhuhai again. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

The St. Regis Zhuhai is centrally located and very close to Macau 🇲🇴. From the hotel lobby, you can see Macau, including iconic landmarks like the Macau Tower and Grand Lisboa Casino! The hotel's design is stunning, featuring extensive use of marble, crystal chandeliers, and grand oil paintings, exuding an old-money, luxurious style. The entire hotel is beautiful, a true work of art! Breakfast was also quite good, plentiful and delicious! Facilities: Excellent and well-equipped Hygiene: Clean and sanitary Environment: First-class ambiance Service: Warm and attentive I highly recommend this hotel; it's luxurious and beautiful, truly the Astor Mansion of Zhuhai!

Checked into the St. Regis Zhuhai yesterday, and my experience was absolutely amazing! The hotel is located on the upper floors of Zhuhai Tower, offering incredible cloud-level views. The floor-to-ceiling windows look directly out onto Macau, and the night view is simply dazzling. The lobby is luxurious and elegant, with sparkling crystal chandeliers and a very high-quality European design. My room was spacious and refined, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom facilities were high-end and complete. The exclusive butler service was attentive and thoughtful, responding promptly and showing a true sense of luxury in every detail. Breakfast was rich and delicious, and the freshly made Cantonese dim sum was superb. Overall, it's both luxurious and incredibly relaxing – definitely my top choice for a getaway in the Greater Bay Area. Highly recommended!

This time, I traveled with my parents and children during the May Day holiday, and choosing The St. Regis was a truly wonderful experience. My family all felt that the butler service was excellent, making us feel comfortable and happy, and the bedding was also very cozy. Special thanks to Ethan for his attentive service, providing a butler experience whenever needed. The hotel's location is also superb; you can see the Macau Tower from the entrance or your room, which is fantastic. We will definitely choose to stay here again next time.

The St. Regis Zhuhai consistently delivers excellent service. I requested a room with a sofa shortly after checking in, and they promptly arranged for it to be cleaned and helped me move my luggage to the new room, which I really appreciated. The room facilities are also up to standard, and the dining is good. I'll definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

Everything was great, except for ordering takeout which required two elevator rides down to pick up. The pool was clean and the gym was well-equipped. The butler service even offered milk, coffee, and cookies. The flow of the room's layout was quite interesting.

I had a great stay at the hotel, thanks to the warm help from our housekeeper, Linn! She patiently answered all our questions. The room was spacious and comfortable. The only downside was that it was a bit crowded during the holiday, and we had to wait for our room. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time!
