復活節假期一行2大2小，旅程最後一日book咗呢間公寓2張床房， 我們比原定時間遲了兩小時多下午5:30去取房間，但一開門就被眼前環境嚇呆了，未執房。即時通知公寓安排人員處理。由於當中同行者有人不適，所以想轉房，公寓職員話可以安排一張大床給我們，我跟他們說我四個人如何瞓一張大床？他們解說因為客人多，所以未能及時處理房間清潔， 但是我比原地時間已經遲了兩小時30分到我取房時工作人員好悠閒在看電話，所有藉口都是他們很忙很忙，所以沒有時間執房。因此我即時向trips.com網上客戶服務作出投訴。公寓的職員才上來跟進和道歉，但依然說沒有時間執房。
於是我反問他們為何給客人之前沒有去檢查清楚是否執好？
地點亦偏遠，如果司機唔識路，根據導航好多時都入唔到住嘅地方附近。極力極力極力唔會推介呢間公寓。
