The room was claen. The service of hotel was quickly. Check in was smoothly.

Our hotel room (loft) was average, spacious and the beds are comfortable. We asked the staff to mop the floor when arrived as it was quite dusty because of the renovations outside the hotel (see picture). The hotel was surrounded by many work in progress constructions, quite messy and noisy. Overall if you don’t mind that, it is a decent hotel to stay.

Reasonable, but the hostel windows are not that safe for travelers who with younger kids. Because the windows lock not that secure Overall are acceptable.

I paid a room which I didn't get because they didn't allow me to check-in due to unnecessary policy for foreign tourists. This is only one of my reasons why I made this review. It really made me so disappointed!

Nobody can locate the so call hotel unless some occupant can provide guidance. No sign board, no indications. It is a showflat rented out on short lease. No facilties.

This is my second time staying here. I also stayed here last year. The housekeeper was very welcoming and gave me a free upgrade to the room. The room is clean and hygienic. The transportation is very convenient. It is also close to Gongbei Port. I will stay here again next time I come to Zhuhai.

I booked a deluxe twin room without a loft. Because I have a four-year-old child at home and I am afraid of falling from the loft, so I can’t book a loft room. The most important thing is There are no grilles on the windows of the room. Even adults can fall from the 29th floor. I have to make my own furniture barrier to prevent children from getting close. I am afraid that if I sleep all night, the children will fall from the loft or open the window to play when they wake up. , there is no insurance system at all. I told the customer service that there were no rooms to change and they were all full. The hotel's hygiene is basically like an unfinished building. There is a construction site in front of the room, dust is flying, and the room is filled with the smell of methane. I don't know if it will affect my health. The electrical system in the room was not fully completed. The Pantry's electrical system was out of power. I had to boil water in the toilet to make milk for my child. Even the WiFi network was unstable. I don't know if the door lock is secure or not, and I don't feel safe at all in this unfinished building. He even pooped and there was no toilet paper. It was really ridiculous.

The environment is very good. It feels very clean tonight. There is also VIP TV, so you don’t have to worry about not having your favorite TV series to watch. The toiletries are also complete. I highly recommend everyone to come here!

The hotel has not been renovated yet and is shabby on the outside, but the room is very clean inside and feels new and white.
