The hotel room is clean and tidy, the password lock is very convenient, it is larger than the hotel room, and it is within walking distance of the university! I come to Zhuhai many times due to work reasons, and this experience was also an unexpected surprise. The staff handled the reception in a timely manner and the room arrangement made me happy. I will continue to stay here next time I come!

The room is average. The main boss is too slow to reply to messages.

The hygiene is relatively clean and tidy, and there is no smell in the room. It feels very good. The sofa is a bit dirty, maybe something dripped on it and cannot be cleaned. The road was being built downstairs at the B&B. It started making loud banging noises at 8am, and it was still ringing at 10pm... The noise lasted all day, and it didn't stop for two days on the weekend. The key is that it happened to be right downstairs from the B&B. It's really painful... The water heater in the B&B should be a solar water heater. The displayed and set temperatures are both 50 degrees. After 7 or 8 minutes of washing, the water became cold. I didn’t even finish rinsing the foam and there was no hot water. I caught a cold from the cold😷 The check-out time was 1 p.m., which was too early. The customer service said that we would leave before 2 p.m., and then at 12:55, other staff at the B&B called us out and told us that we could only leave before 1 p.m. There is no washing machine, and I feel that the service and experience of a B&B that costs around 230 per night should be more than that...
