我走過那麼多地方，從來沒有評價過，這是第1次，也是真心希望公寓能夠做出改善。因珠海航空公寓這個名字吸引了我，到了公寓發現名字與現實沒有任何關聯。
2樓房間一進門就看到蟑螂，進而換到2樓。結果2樓的房間説是沒有通風系統，全靠打開窗户收氧，關鍵空調拔掉了插頭，根本開不了，遙控器都沒有電池。 WiFi連上了也用不了。衞生間窗户壞了一半，右上角合不上，花灑出水淅淅瀝瀝。房間環境的話，老闆自己真的不摸一下桌子的灰塵有多厚嗎？口罩放上去不經意間壓一下，拿起來就已經黑了，我還得自己把桌子擦乾淨才敢放東西。床鋪上有灰塵雜質，還有不知名污染物留下的痕跡。
我不知道這房間是有多久沒人住了，但老闆在把房間租給別人的時候，都不肯花心思上房間查看一下衞生情況嗎？我一個晚上都是襪子長褲連帽衞衣包裹着身子睡的，壓根沒睡好，今天考試人都是懵的。
衞生間提供一次性浴帽、梳子、牙刷、洗漱液，還有紙巾和共享插頭數據線，成了為數不多的優點…
老闆和接待的小姐姐態度是好的，有問題也會回答，但問題本身已經存在了，就希望你們能好好改進，不要試圖去反駁，否則我不會是唯一的一個。望生意興隆。
