珠海凡慢man公寓

位置很好，交通便利，樓下就是沙灘。非常喜歡他家的小露台，正對一線海景，可以看到燈塔和港珠澳大橋。早上在房間裏就能直接欣賞日出。雖然我們沒用過廚房，但是看到餐具和廚具都挺齊全的，有家的感覺。房裡還有一張小童餐椅，非常貼心。實景和房東的圖片一致，贊👍

大體ok有改善空間希望加油，位置好評離沙灘近，房東熱情！海景很美！

優點：位置不錯，玻璃窗看出去就是海，夜景也非常美，距離海邊也非常近，附近也就五分鐘路程，房東小姐姐還算熱情，需求幾乎滿足。 缺點：裝修質量較差，房間門開關有聲音，隔音太差，外面説話幾乎沒隔音的感覺，隔壁家開門老是嚇我一跳，總感覺在入住房間裏面，衞生間洗臉盆沒熱水，據房東説，整棟樓都安裝不了，可能對於我們來説不太方便，洗澡是有熱水的，淋浴間建議裝一塊浴簾或玻璃隔擋一下，紙巾質量太差，還好我自備了，總的來説，對於帶娃出行得家庭不是很友好，畢竟孩子睡着之後父母最怕的就是有聲音吵醒孩子。還有就是次卧的床頭對着窗户，睡覺很沒安全感，孩子爸一整夜睡沙發上的。

The entrance is a couple's road and the beach, but the sea is yellow and shallow, and the sand is thick, not suitable for swimming. If you want to swim, it is recommended to go to the island. The living room of the room is very spacious, the lighting is not very good, the facilities are relatively outdated, and the wall covering is peeling off. The toilet is small, there is no separation of wet and dry, it looks a bit dirty. The pot is not so good, suggest that the landlord change one. The air conditioner in the small room is loud, and I can't sleep. What is more uncomfortable is that the parking fee is 30 a day, and the landlord only informs the front square 120, and does not inform that free parking is available behind the community.
