酒店前台人員的素質很高，服務意識上佳；酒店的位置很好，旁邊就是珠海人民醫院、揚名廣場和日月貝；酒店周圍的餐飲業態非常豐富，應有盡有，豐儉由人。

在酒店住了兩個星期，酒店靠近海邊，去日月貝，香爐灣沙灘，海濱公園都很近，騎單車坐公交都很方便。酒店保潔每天都會打掃衞生，服務很周到，早上有早餐，7點到10點，種類還挺多的。酒店工作人員服務態度很好，因為我們待的時間比較長，還有長者小孩，大家都認識了，還會逗小孩玩。酒店配有機器人，會送快遞送外賣，很方便。整體感覺挺不錯的

體驗感很差勁！！！！！除了離海邊近一點，沒有一點優點，這旁邊還有很多其他酒店，來玩的話建議看其他不要來這裏！
住宿方面 房間很小 床特別小 體積稍微大一點的人 睡一個人都夠嗆，更別説兩個人了，就這還是大床房。枕頭特別矮，並且這個隔音特別差，隔壁在上廁所都能聽到，一大早就被外面退房的聲音吵醒，幾個人睡覺沒一個睡好的。
衞生方面，進房間就發現桌子上有一根頭髮，並且特別潮，一股黴味
停車方面，附近停車不好停，好不容易找到了酒店專屬的停車地方入口，出去的時候搞了20分鐘欄桿都沒抬起來，酒店一直讓我們找客服 客服讓我們找酒店説沒輸入車牌號，不知道到底是怎麼協助的。
酒店基礎設施也不好電梯，感覺是幾十年前的，裏面除了接待廳，其他的也都很舊。
別來 勸退

在這裏住第一晚屋裡發黴味很大，衞生間天棚和牆磚黴跡很多，第二天換了個黴味小些的房間，總之特意看了幾個房間都有黴味
