服務理念不好，衞生一般

When I first checked in, I found moths in the room. I asked the staff to drive them away. When I was sleeping, I found dry boogers on the sheets. I called the front desk to explain that there were boogers on the sheets and asked for a new quilt. The front desk staff told me that there was a quilt in the cabinet. After opening the quilt, I found that the so-called quilt was a quilt without a sheet. I was speechless. Later, I called to send new sheets to replace them. The front desk staff received my feedback and complained but did not report it to the manager in time. It was not until I checked out and was on the highway on the way back that they called me and said they would give me breakfast as compensation! The hygiene was poor and they wanted me to stay again and give me breakfast! I don’t need your breakfast! They added me on WeChat but did not follow up! It was left unresolved…

春節珠海旅遊，酒店很新，送水果，乾果，不知道是不是春節期間的活動，房間很大，床也很軟，不錯的酒店

This is a resort hotel. It is convenient to drive. The parking lot is in the basement. The environment is very comfortable. If you want a massage, you have to go to another hotel. It is about a 5-minute walk. There is a park next to it. It is a very comfortable environment.

服務很好，酒店舒服，值得入住。
