我好像是第三次入住這個酒店，跟以往二次一樣，體驗到了酒店無論是大堂服務員，還是客房服務員一如既往熱情而周到的服務，特別是李四妹工作理念值得誇獎，對每一個顧客都作為賓館長期的服務對象來對待，將酒店特製的房卡直接送給我們做紀念品，雖然是小事一樁，但反應了這個服務生的服務理念和認知，這點非常重要，衹有認知和理念正確，才能做好自己的工作！點贊！！

上次住了主樓，感覺很好，所以今次試試星海樓。設施的確比較新和靚，房間很大浴室很好，不過早餐一般般。另外員工服務相對之下不夠欣勤，不夠主動及沒有太多笑容。

酒店在珠海度假村靠外圍的地方，出去就是公交站，距離海邊的幾個景點都還比較近。
感覺來休養的本地人比較多。
環境很好，大堂大，到處都有沙發能坐下休息。
辦理入住很快，房間設施齊全還很新，有咖啡機。衞生間空間特別大而且整面是落地窗，採光好。
最重要的一點是房間隔音效果真的很好！樓上樓下隔壁左右和門外的聲音都聽不見，睡覺很安穩舒適，很不錯！
