設施：很多舊的設備，隔音效果也不好。
衞生：總體還行。
環境：停車不方便，周邊工地多。與告知情況不符，半夜2點還在施工，早上6點多也施工，完全休息不好
服務：説的和做的不一樣，有問題也是特別拖沓解決
