I didn’t like to change hotels and rooms very much. I finally didn’t bear to change one. I stayed for 4 nights. It was really a drinking noise in the middle of the night downstairs. Last night, I shook the dumplings downstairs from 2.30 to 5.30. I really couldn’t rest. At 4 am, I went to the front desk to change the room, and I cancelled the subsequent orders directly. Before leaving, the cleaning aunt also kindly greeted the praise. Since she promised the aunt, she would praise one. She wanted to give a 3 star.

DDavis LimLove Sheraton's friendly who upgraded us to a room with balcony that has a great view of the sea fronting the hotel. The indoor pool was great for my kids and they enjoyed it to the fullest. A big surprise was that there is a seafood wet market that are lined with restaurants that you can pick and choose to cook your basket of seafood purchase. The bill cost a couple of hundreds of rmb that would have more than a thousand dollars. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to zhuhai.

GGuest UserThe perfect base camp for a few days of theme park adventuring. It’s not a subtle or understated hotel, but that’s also not what the designers were going for. A wonderfully ostentatious lobby, beautiful surroundings, reasonable variety of food choices given that it’s in a theme park resort, and (most importantly) within easy walking distance of two world-class theme parks. Oh, and actual dolphins. *and* I could watch Ocean Kingdom’s fireworks display from my balcony. For the sheer variety of things nearby, the size of the room, and the quality of the surroundings, I’m amazed that my stay was as affordable as it was. If I ever go back to the resort, I’ll be staying on site again.

Lewis Wei's service in the front hall is very warm! It makes people feel warm. In addition, the hotel offers a variety of special services, such as luggage storage, taxi service, laundry service, etc., so that guests can enjoy the experience of being at home. The hotel's hardware facilities are also excellent. The rooms are decorated in a modern and tasteful style, spacious and bright, and the layout is reasonable. The bedding is extremely comfortable and makes people dream all night. The design of the bathroom is also very user-friendly, separated from wet and dry, and a wealth of toiletries is also provided. The hotel also has a western restaurant, lobby bar and meeting rooms to cater to the different needs of guests. The first stay in the New Year, the experience is very good! Although it is a newly opened hotel, it is worthy of recognition in terms of facilities and services!

GGuest UserI have been staying at this hotel numerous time and was very disappointed this time. Don't get me wrong but the service of the hotel and staff are all first class but was very disappointed with a staff at the fitness centre, as I am a health person, I have to book a hotel that has a fitness centre, after check in I went to do my exercise and after signing in as usual I ask for staff for a towel as I am a sweaty person. Guessed what she said to me ”No we don't give out towel, you need to bring your own from your room” I was shocking, I wanted to reason with her that I have no been rejected with a towel each time I stay here. So I had to do my exercise without a towel and drench with sweat and smelly, I was completely disappointed. I thought to myself when did this changed. So next day i went to do exercise but brought my own towel, well actually I asked the cleaner on my floor if I can get extra towel and she asked why I, is it not enough to use, I say, ”no” to take to fitness centre because they wouldn't give it to me. The cleaning lady say no they should give to you, it is their duty, I told her they say no, I need to bring from room but the lady was very nice, she let me take whatever I want but she said, she never heard of it. Upon my check out, I asked the front desk if this policy has changed and they were shocked as well, they says ”No” they have to give you towel and one of the staff says he went yesterday and they asked for it and they give him. I say no, they wouldn't give it to me, they says they will speak with the fitness centre, I do hope they will speak with them as I think it is stupid that I need to bring a towel myself. I hope next time I wouldn't occur this situation again. Disappointed with it this time.

PPoh Tim Chye1/ 1st impression: During check-check and asked for late checkout but was told not possible but later given late checkout but the front desk staff told me for exchange to give her good commend for her service which I neither agree nor disagree because I don't trade for service. 2/ The Breakfast was horrible and all utensils were no display or available; forks/spoons/chop-sticks on table. Nothing else. Asking for coffee spoons but given soup spoon and after some times then get it, then was told they actually provide sticks but only 3rd day then I found out they kept in the drawer. A lot pf tour groups and you hardly can get the food, all are empty. Fighting for food with tourists and the food quality is bad and salty like eating salty........ 3/ couldn't get good wifi and was given another small touter after midnight after a lot of checking and debate; though the IT manager is kind enough serve late night, but I think the hotel need to enhance the wifi service for business guests. 4/ Room cleaning was good though they missed our to top-up one of the day, but overall good. 5/ Disappointed there is no in room service manus for the food..... 6/ The hotel staff used my person data to contact me for rating their service after I checked out this is very bad indeed.

JJerry JiaoIt was an amazing experience staying at the Kingward International Hotel. I was very impressed with the friendliness of hotel staff, especially the Front Desk and Breakfast dinning restaurant staff, they were well-trained and really passionate in helping their guests. There were so many (close to 100) oriental and western style food varieties available for breakfast buffet, fresh and professionally cooked. It was one of the best breakfast buffet that I had around the world. The hotel is strategically located on the shoreline of the ocean on the famous Lover's Road. Both our rooms had ocean view, and one room can see the Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macau Bridge. It's very close to the GongBei border crossing to Macau, and minutes away from the Bridge Customs to Hong Kong. There is a bus stop right on the door steps of the hotel. The hotel has a very impressive crystal sculpture collection and other mineral collections exhibiting on the first three floors. Both the interior and exterior decoration are well designed with ancient palace styles. We are Chinese Canadians. My family was on a one-month tour to ShenZhen, ZhuHai, Hong Kong, Macau, GuangZhuo and SanYa, staying at Kingward was the most memorable experience among all hotels. My family also want to specially thank Ms. Feng Ya Li (丰雅丽) who work at the Front Desk, she is friendly, helpful, and professional. Thanks for making our trip to ZhuHai so pleasant and memorable! Friendly and professional staff is a indication of good management. I can see great success of the hotel. It also offers really good value for the room price. DDavid Loo CWCheck in staff was polite. Asked for non smoking room but was shown a room that smelled like a smokehouse, this was after the reception asked the housekeeping to do immediate smoke sanitizer. Requested to change room but was shown another room that was smaller and smelling of smoke. Asked the housekeeping to leave us a bottle of sanitizer and we sprayed the whole room and went out. Returned few hours later but still smelled of smoke, obviously can never get rid of the smell because the smoke smell is already infused into the curtains, bed, blankets and the pillows. If anyone is not tolerant of the smoking smell please don’t consider this hotel. Even the inside of the lift smell bad because they don’t care a damn and still smoke while taking the lift. I don’t think they have any non smoking floors as we can see they supply ash trays in the rooms. They are allowed to smoke everywhere in the hotel, no restrictions. Room is old furnishings but bedsheets and pillow cases are clean. Shower pressure and hot water is good. Amenities are basic but sufficient. Sound insulation is ok and no street noise. Except for the early noise from the nearby construction going on across the road. No fault of the hotel. Location is strategic, walking distance from the Gongbei port if you coming and going to Macau. Coming from Hong Kong by bus, you need to take a taxi to get here. No metro or bus services nearby. The inter state railway station is nearby about a 20 minute walk. 10 minutes walk to Gongbei Plaza and you will find lots of shopping and food. We did a day trip to Macau and walked all the way through immigration and customs inspection. Would recommend to travelers looking for just a place to sleep and explore during the day. Not a holiday staycation kind of hotel unless you are a smoker!!
