我選擇了很久才選了這個酒店，周邊的大部分都是公寓酒店，公寓入住人員比較複雜，酒店相對來説比較好很有安全感，房間裝修很高檔，酒店用品該有的都有，，酒店開業不久東西都很新，最主要的是全智能馬桶特別方便用過的都知道這就不多説了，房間衞生很乾凈，還是地毯踩着很舒服，落地大床可以看到外面風景也是可以的，酒店員工服務特別好，不管問什麼都是耐心回答和解釋，小妹妹人也很可愛，樓下很多好吃的去哪裡都很方便，酒店停車是免費的很不錯。下次有機會還來

We stayed in a cozy, clean & tastefully decorated 2-bedroom apartment at 艺丰大厦, its convenient location near to Gongbei Port with lots of affordable food joints across the street. Home owner was also very responsive, honest & friendly. Hope more guests will get the chance to stay in this homely place & appreciate every efforts of the home owner to keep this place clean, tidy & comfortable.

The location is excellent, the transportation is convenient, the environment is beautiful, the hotel facilities are complete, the room is clean and tidy, and it is very comfortable to stay. The front desk staff are very good, very proactive and enthusiastic. Overall it is still great.

The hotel is very good specially good for family children’s only the thing is their breakfast is not good maybe for Chinese people is ok but not for foreigners

The hotel stay was a very pleasant experience. We had not originally planned to overnight in Zhuhai, but due to a last-minute change in our itinerary, we needed to find a hotel for Saturday night. As a family with two young children, we were specifically looking for a hotel that provided baby beds. Unfortunately, when we called over 10 different hotels, most either did not offer baby beds or were situated too far from the city center. We were pleased to learn from the hotel's front desk that they could provide two baby beds for our stay. We went ahead and booked our room online after confirming this. Upon arrival around 8 PM, the customer service representative, Fiona, was very helpful in explaining everything and even upgraded our room to a family suite with a kid-friendly theme. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and accommodating, and the room service attendant was thoughtful enough to bring us additional water bottles, recognizing my children may need extra for preparing formula and other necessities. The free parking was also very convenient for our family driving up from Hong Kong. Additionally, there were plenty of good dining options in the nearby vicinity. Overall, it was a very positive hotel experience that met our family's needs.
