St Regis Hotels in Zhuhai

I wanted to extend my heartfelt thanks for the exceptional service I received during my recent stay at your hotel. The front desk trainee and also Sandy's sincere and prompt assistance with check-in and handling my enquiries made my experience truly enjoyable. I am looking forward to visiting Pullman Zhuhai again in the future and will definitely recommend it to others.

I have been staying at this hotel numerous time and was very disappointed this time. Don't get me wrong but the service of the hotel and staff are all first class but was very disappointed with a staff at the fitness centre, as I am a health person, I have to book a hotel that has a fitness centre, after check in I went to do my exercise and after signing in as usual I ask for staff for a towel as I am a sweaty person. Guessed what she said to me ”No we don't give out towel, you need to bring your own from your room” I was shocking, I wanted to reason with her that I have no been rejected with a towel each time I stay here. So I had to do my exercise without a towel and drench with sweat and smelly, I was completely disappointed. I thought to myself when did this changed. So next day i went to do exercise but brought my own towel, well actually I asked the cleaner on my floor if I can get extra towel and she asked why I, is it not enough to use, I say, ”no” to take to fitness centre because they wouldn't give it to me. The cleaning lady say no they should give to you, it is their duty, I told her they say no, I need to bring from room but the lady was very nice, she let me take whatever I want but she said, she never heard of it. Upon my check out, I asked the front desk if this policy has changed and they were shocked as well, they says ”No” they have to give you towel and one of the staff says he went yesterday and they asked for it and they give him. I say no, they wouldn't give it to me, they says they will speak with the fitness centre, I do hope they will speak with them as I think it is stupid that I need to bring a towel myself. I hope next time I wouldn't occur this situation again. Disappointed with it this time.

At the check in Mrs Chen ShaoPing, front Office Supervisor, was very friendly and professional helping out to solve a matter of discrepancy at my booking. I noticed that she speaks English well too. 👍🙏

First time staying with Hengqin Hyatt It was such a nice experience! My friend and I were staying for one night to check out Hengqin. It was also my first time staying with Hyatt group as I am a Bonvoy member. We were very pleased to be nicely taken care of by Eli who was very attentive to our needs. Definitely will revisit it again in the near future.

I have compared several hotels in other apps, and the evaluation of this hotel is mixed. I may be a ”stubborn” and I have to find out. The concierge opened the door at the hotel entrance, checked in at the front desk, the guest service manager Clean handled the problem, and the service of the room staff was very satisfactory. The hotel's decoration layout, facilities and equipment, and the quality and variety of breakfast are all very good. It was an unexpected experience for me!

Great services and great hotel. We arrive at late evening but the restaurant and hotel were so nice and get everything ready and prepared. We feel very welcome and had great time here. Just as usual having had a nice and pleasant stay at the hotel. A very warm escort from especially from Winnie & Jane, who upgraded my room to a fabulous seaview room and offered us complimentary breakfast that got a wide range of food for having such a fruitful breakfast in the morning. I feel very satisfactory for all the arrangements.

Staff was all very friendly and helpful. Food in the resort was inexpensive and decent. We ordered self grill BBQ one night and that was amazing! The hotel was also able to provide bed rails and steam sanitizer for babies. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

Room is clean. Staffs were polite and helpful. Restaurants were located not far. Transportation was convenient. Sure will go again if going to Zhuhai again.
