以下都是客觀的點評，希望酒店能針對性的做出改進： 設施：酒店設施真的非常人性化，洗衣機、冰箱都有，另外還特別貼心地為住客準備了晒衣服的架子，這是很多酒店公寓所沒有關注到的客人需求，必須點個贊； 衛生：酒店衛生很乾凈，可能考慮到很多人不願意使用酒店裡的毛巾，也為客人提供了一次性使用的毛巾浴巾和紙杯； 服務：服務這方面沒有辦法，我必須給個差評，雖然房費不高，不要求酒店方面給出什麼樣的服務，但是對於客人最基本的禮儀還是要到位的，我們入住的時候前台態度就不是很好，續住了好幾天，27號下午三點半左右打電話給前台要送兩瓶水（因為有續住應該要補充的），結果一位女性前台態度很差地說要我們等，沒有人送，我們要水是因為當時需要吃藥，前台這個態度也就算了，我還沒解釋要水的原因直接啪就把電話掛了，第二次打電話過去，敷衍地道歉，然後我沒說完又把電話啪一下掛了，這種事情不應該發生在酒店行業，即便不是星級酒店，對客人基本的尊重應該要有，反而打掃房間的阿姨對我們都挺客氣，希望酒店經理關注一下，別讓前台毀了客人對酒店各種人性化設施的好印象…

If you want to relax and explore Tangjiawan area, this is a good place to stay. The hostel has a unique style of room. We only experienced a little difficulty during check-in since the caretaker wants to know what kind of featured loft I booked. She looks for more specific details in my booking which were not specified on it. And I asked her to check in their computer system which were located somewhere else. At first, I was not satisfied with the room since I was expecting to have a sofa table and chair but in the end the caretaker find a way to make it up to us. The room is big. Since the room is big and it is holiday, there are some parts of the room were not fully clean such as there are spider web and the bed sheet cover has stain. But overall, I am still satisfied with our stay in this unique style hostel and the staff are very accomodating.

It takes about 5 minutes to walk into the homestay from the parking lot. The first time I came, the housekeeper came out to pick it up. Because it was a stone road, I was afraid that we would not be able to take the luggage. I also used the car to pull the luggage for me. This is more intimate. The environment of the homestay is very good, a two-story small building plus a yard, clean and tidy. During the day in the small courtyard to bask in the sun, listening to the playful sound of the children next door and the voice of the elderly home, very life atmosphere!
