出差那麼久第一次遇到這種態度的酒店、簡直差到極點了、到房間準備洗漱一下、發現連沐浴露都沒有、打電話叫送、送了半小時才來、這都不算什麼、最可氣的就是早上吃早餐的時候、簡直是氣炸了、我拿好餐品後對做早餐那個女的説麻煩幫我煮一份麪、那女的説你吃那麼多還吃什麼麪、我靠了、我付錢了啊、我買了兩份早餐、就我一個人吃、而且我拿多少？靠了、還對我擺臉色、就這服務態度、更可氣的還在後麪、我就對那女的説我付錢了、她很不情願的去煮了、等我吃到一半的時候那個女的就過來拍我桌子、叫我快點、他們要收拾了、我靠了、才8:36左右、你們寫的是到9點結束、才8:36就趕人、我當時直接氣炸了、吃了走的時候那個女的還白了我一眼、靠了、就這種態度還想有回頭客？我還看了一下這些點評的不止我一個人遇到這種態度的、好多人都遇到這種情況、麻煩你們培訓一下你們員工、懂不懂尊重客人、不會就去學學維也納那些、看看人家服務態度、直接氣炸我了、就這種態度還想有回頭客、服了、

房間非常大，對於空間很滿意；但是廁所有異味，無法忍受。第一次的電視遙控器是壞的，不能打開電視。第一天的一次性拖鞋質量很差，在吃早飯的時候差點滑倒，第二天就換了質量好一些的拖鞋。洗澡毛巾有一塊很舊，而且有破洞，根本不應該放在那裡讓客人使用，去前台投訴這塊舊毛巾的時候，值班負責人居然説最好是自己帶洗澡的毛巾，這樣答覆讓人感到非常震驚，根本沒有旅店服務業的專業素養。也有幾件事情給我留下了非常好的印象。比如我忘記了手機充電插頭，有一個服務人員借給我一個；離開的時候我打了嘀嗒出行，服務員提供了很多的幫助；非常感謝打掃衞生的工作人員，及時打掃衞生，添加必須用品，每天都沒有短缺。
