"The hotel is less than a 20-minute drive from the train station, and about 40 minutes to get to the lake for pearl harvesting. It seems to be in the old city center, with plenty of dining options, and it's very convenient to get a taxi anywhere. The service is great, and the room cleanliness is good. The air conditioning works really well. When checking out, I thought I left the room key in the room, but I accidentally took it with me. They contacted me to mail it back."

"First time in Zhuji. After browsing online for a while, despite some negative reviews, I decided to trust the brand. Housekeeper Aria contacted me in advance and provided thoughtful service throughout, which was very reassuring. I arrived late at night and was offered a welcome drink. It’s also been a while since I've had turn-down service, which was a pleasant surprise (though not strictly necessary lol). Aside from the room door not closing tightly and the soundproofing being a bit poor, everything else at the hotel was quite good. Breakfast lacked management; there was no one to seat guests, and it was a bit chaotic. The free return shuttle bus provided during the concert was a nice touch. The housekeeping ladies were all very warm and friendly."

"This is the first time I've encountered a hotel that only includes breakfast for two adults and one child, and charges an extra 10 yuan for the child. I could accept the extra charge if the child was over 1.3 meters tall, but my little girl is under 1.2 meters and weighs less than 50 pounds. How much food could she possibly eat? National tourist attractions don't charge for children under 1.3 meters! Your hotel charging 10 yuan for a child this size the same as an adult for breakfast is outrageous! Besides, I booked a family room, not a double room or a standard room! It should have included three breakfasts; charging extra for a child is truly shameless! I've paid the extra money, but your simple pre-made breakfast with a C-grade hygiene rating is absurd. And you still have the nerve to charge? Furthermore, the soundproofing is terrible. Around 4 AM, a couple on the same floor, not in the next room, were arguing, yelling, smashing things, crying, and screaming. It's the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, bar none!"
