"First of all, the refrigerator does not refrigerate at all. It does not mean that it does not freeze, but the temperature inside is actually the same as the room temperature, or even more stuffy. After we gave our feedback to the staff, there was no response at all on the first night. We thought it might be because it was late so we were understanding and did not continue communicating. The next morning when I went to the front desk to report it in person, the staff said that the refrigerator itself does not refrigerate, and it is hard to understand why it is called a "refrigerator". Secondly, there were only two cans of fruit juice in the refrigerator. It was ridiculous to call it a "bar" with so few things in it. We were all speechless when we opened it and saw it. I didn't see any "snacks" either, so I can't really comment on the taste. All in all, it was quite disappointing overall. The in-store activity allowed us to experience the so-called hot springs, but the environment was really unbearable. There were many dead insects and unknown debris floating on the water, the skylight was covered with green moss, and the spiral staircase was peeling paint. The water in the infinity pool was directly drained, and there were green algae and a lot of scale hanging on the pool wall. You can imagine the sanitary conditions. The KTV and the so-called VR golf are in the same room, which is very small, not even as big as the mini box of an ordinary KTV. There was only one automatic mahjong table in the chess and card room, and there was a pungent smell of paint in the room. There are no check-in spots on Genting Grassland, only a very small coffee shop that has not yet opened. In terms of food and beverage, the so-called semi-buffet breakfast has very few options to choose from, which is several times better than the breakfast in any budget hotel. There are only three main dishes to choose from, and the wontons are salty and oily. The bread machine was broken, the only fruits available were cantaloupe and cherry tomatoes, and the only porridge available was white porridge. The room should be equipped with a refrigerator and some books with interesting contents. Add a footstool to the balcony. 1 (the facilities experience is infinitely deducted, especially the low cost performance, only 1 point is given to the hard-working staff and the mountain air)"

"The overall environment is good, after all, it's a newly opened hotel. My partner and I mainly came here to buy crystal jewelry. We booked a king room, and the lovely lady at the front desk upgraded us to a suite, which made our stay amazing with maximum comfort and good soundproofing. The hotel is located not far from the elevated highway, and even though it's close to it, there aren't many people around. Plus, with the good soundproofing, you can barely hear any noise at all. The only slight drawback is that the breakfast selection is too limited; I'd suggest the hotel add more variety. But overall, the value for money is excellent, thumbs up!"
