The hotel has a buffet breakfast, because the room is not eaten without breakfast, I don't know if it is good. Double soundproof glass, not noisy. The air conditioner is not cold, I don't know how many degrees the system has set, the sound is a bit loud, I turned it off when I slept. In addition, the bedding is tide, the sheets are tide, the bath towels are dry, but there is no bed, and I don't fall asleep until the middle of the night. It’s a great hotel that is very new and modem. The rooms are a great size and feature a giant 75 inch tv recessed in the wall. There’s a fridge with coke and sprite and bottled water which is ( usually) topped up each day. The staff appear to nit be able to speak any English whatsoever, which could possibly be a big problem. The included breakfast is supposed to have a western portion but that was non existent, including no cold milk for the small amount of cereal they provided. The cleaning maintenance, especially in the public areas is quite poor, especially the carpeted areas including the lifts. The hotel isn’t complete yet, they are still working of different floors so that’s a reason for the dirt possibly. Smoking is everywhere including the lounge areas in the lobby and the breakfast area, but in this city, seems to be par for the course. (Revolting). The price is quite reasonable, given what you get, although i found out that the Hyatt Regency was only about $50 Australian dollars a night more and vastly superior. To sim up, you get what you pay for, but in this case, apart from the shortcomings mentioned, that’s quite a lot.
