"I stayed one night, and compared to the 5-star hotels I've stayed in before, this Hyatt felt like a budget hotel with the Hyatt brand on its back. The service and facilities didn't meet the standards, and the breakfast was terrible. The salad lettuce wasn't even washed properly, and there were small stones in it that almost broke my teeth. When I checked out, I saw betel nuts that other guests had spat out on the coffee table in the lobby that hadn't been cleaned up in time, which made me feel very uncomfortable. I was originally planning to stay for 5 nights, but I quickly checked out and went to another hotel."

It doesn't matter whether you feel comfortable or not, you don't have to come. Don't pay such a high price for this service. I would rather stay at Yamei Hotel. Although the room is not so good, you can drink water as you like, and they will ask you how your stay is. You front desk staff need training and have service awareness!"
