該酒店房間還是寬敞，管理混亂，我28上午在攜程預訂一間娛樂房，上午辦完事，下午兩點多鐘到前台辦理入住手續，交500百按金，晚上九點多鐘退房回長，當時房基本上沒有動過，退房後兩個多小時按金都沒退後，後來我多次電話聯繫前台，才退還。結果沒有任何理由扣128元，我又多次電話聯繫前台，才返還被扣按金，我門前台什麼理由扣款，前台給一句，搞錯了。
延年是個比較信譽的酒店，但是管卻不敢恭維。
當然少我一個散客沒有關係！
無奈！
