這是第二次住這家全季 體驗非常不好 住過所有全季的第一感受都是工作人員非常禮貌，唯獨這家個別工作人員，首先這位女士早上吃早飯的時候詢問我們房間的態度就很不好，第二就是我詢問幾點退房時，不知道是業務水平太差還是對我個人有意見，堅持説我是12點退房，我説我是鉑金顯示14點退房，她根本不再確認一下，斬釘截鐵的告訴我我們這裏都是12點退房，幸好旁邊有個很好的工作人員提醒她看一下訊息，她才説是14點退房，哪怕你説這句話的時候假裝核對了一下訊息我都會覺得是你看錯了，可是你這種堅決的態度讓我非常懷疑你們的服務態度，同時也感謝旁邊的工作人員，上次來的時候也是她接待的，各方面態度就好得多。
