"We originally traveled from Chongqing to Zigong to see the Lantern Festival and wanted a hotel close to the festival. The hotel described it as being 260 meters away, but upon check-in, we discovered it was actually the location of the festival, 10 kilometers from the China Lantern World. This is malicious misleading and unacceptable. Secondly, the quilt was too thin, with the core in pieces. Most quilts only had a cover, which woke me up cold in the middle of the night and gave me a cold. The restaurant staff were very friendly, and the room was relatively clean. The photo shows the quilt; the black part is the core, the white part is the sheet; the quilt is translucent."

"I stayed at this hotel during the New Year's Day holiday and was pleasantly surprised to find out it's part of the HUAZHU Group. Even though it was a holiday, the price was very affordable, and my overall experience was excellent. 🚗 The hotel's location is super convenient. It's within walking distance of Huashang Shopping Center, making dining and shopping a breeze. What really surprised me was that there's a park right downstairs from the hotel. The views are open and expansive, and it's quite quiet at night. If the weather hadn't been so bad in Zigong these past few days, I definitely would have taken a stroll in the park. 💁♀️ The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful during check-in, handling everything with meticulous care and patience. Throughout my stay, the staff were consistently polite and enthusiastic; you could really tell they genuinely care about the guest experience. 🏡 The room was a particular highlight for me. It was very spacious, with a wide-open layout that felt neither cramped nor stifling. There was plenty of room to spread out my luggage. The cleanliness was also excellent; it was bright and tidy. Overall, I was very satisfied with this hotel's location, ambiance, service, and room space. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Zigong."

She proactively and enthusiastically coordinated a room upgrade for us, offering an executive room upgrade. She also provided detailed information on nearby attractions, including the popular bridge and the Lantern Festival shuttle bus. The room was clean and bright, with newly renovated modern amenities. The rooftop view offered sweeping city views. Even more surprising was the personalized service: not only were there complimentary late-night snacks, but refreshing drinks were also delivered to the room, instantly relieving the summer heat! When families checked in, the staff proactively inquired about their needs and were truly responsive. The location is impeccable, a 5-minute walk from the popular bridge and conveniently connected to the high-speed rail and the Lantern Festival shuttle bus. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Zigong for the Lantern Festival!
