호텔은 자공 젠산 바로 옆이라 젠산 관광시 아주 편리한 위치입니다. 복무원이 많이 부족하고 시설은 부분적으로 고장나 있습니다.

我體驗的倒是沒有一星的那麼差，我到的晚，也找了一下服務員。房間寬敞，套房，有機麻，浴缸。地漏堵了，浴缸水黃色，沒敢泡一泡，總體來説還是比較滿意。住一樓有個小院子，環境設計不錯，清凈。早餐就是麪食，還行。

房間還是不錯。但離城太遠、道路彎道多，通行好友來回都被顛暈車了。服務質量極差，是我住過的酒店以來最差的，配不上這個價位。給個大大的差評。

廁所反味嚴重，沒有做乾濕分離，這年代還在用浴簾！水壓極小，11月份洗澡，洗多久冷多久！房間角落到處都是發黴的跡象！早餐衹有三種，麪條湯圓餃子，問你要吃哪種，就給你煮哪種，怪死難吃！四五百的價格，連停車都不免費，説的衹免4個小時，超出收費。。。。沒得下次了，拉進黑名單

首先外地人找不到酒店。打前台電話愛搭不理。不回答問題先問我們是訂餐還是訂的住宿。第二到酒店前台沒人。等半天忍不住了自己進去找。發現工作人員在餐廳前台聚一堆聊天。拿完房卡不帶路。讓自己去找？？進房間床單都沒有。下午五點才送床單來？
