The only dissatisfaction is that the indoor heated swimming pool was told not to swim, and the children were asked to go to the outdoor pool, but the outdoor pool is very small, the water temperature is cold, and it is impossible to swim at all. Hôtel de très belle facture avec services impeccables sauf le restaurant MEMORIES nous a franchement déçus ! Non digne de trois étoiles Michelin, mais cela est souvent un problème avec le guide rouge. Ce chef n'admet pas la critique pourtant justifiée !

Hotel bietet Genuss, viel Kultur und tollen Service. Rest. Namun kann ich nur emofehlen. Die Zimmer lassen keine Wünsche offen. Das tolle und umfangreiche Frühstück und das überaus freundliches Personal machen den Aufenthalt zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis.

Wir waren nun schon sehr oft im Grand Resort und sind einfach immer wieder aufs Neue begeistert über dieses schöne Hotel, das Angebot und vor allem die Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeitenden. Es macht auch nichts, dass die Tamina-Therme wegen Revision geschlossen hat. Der Badebereich des Hotels lässt auch keine Wünsche offen. Besonders lecker schmeckt es immer im Restaurant Zollstube, das schon durch die liebevolle Einrichtung und den perfekten Service überzeugt. Insbesondere die Freundlichkeit von Hr. Hablützel und Fr. Duarte machen den Besuch zu einem besonderen Highlight.

Absolutes Top Hotel, schöne Suiten, fantastische Restaurants und sehr zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter. Es ist jedes Jahr wieder eine Freude für einige Tage Gast zu sein und die grosszügige Wellness-Anlagen zu geniessen. Struttura senza dubbio di qualità alta, servizio accurato e nulla da dire su colazione, camere, opportunità al suo interno (SPA, ristoranti, boutiques, … sembra un centro commerciale di lusso …). Peccato che al check out veniamo informati che dovessimo pagare una integrazione a quanto già pagato per parcheggio auto (prevedibile) e … seconda persona nella stanza! Nessun problema, ci mancherebbe, ma non sarebbe stato più opportuno dircelo al check in? Caduta di stile, che a questi livelli pesa.
