All round great experience. Friendly on the phone and helpful. Nice to get a last minute booking. Once at the apartment it was as seen in the pictures: stylish, cozy, warm, and made you feel at home. All the amenities were there and working. Will go back next time I am in Zug!

Die Lage des Apartments ist einfach unschlagbar. Es befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend, die dennoch nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von den Hauptattraktionen und Geschäften entfernt ist. Die Aussicht aus dem Apartment ist atemberaubend, und ich konnte die malerische Schönheit von Zug direkt von meinem Fenster aus geniessen. Die Innenausstattung des Apartments war ebenso beeindruckend. Jedes Detail wurde mit Sorgfalt gestaltet, und die Einrichtung war modern, stilvoll und gleichzeitig gemütlich. Die Sauberkeit war vorbildlich, und es war offensichtlich, dass das Personal grossen Wert auf die Pflege und Wartung des Apartments legt. Die Annehmlichkeiten im Apartment liessen keine Wünsche offen. Die voll ausgestattete Küche ermöglichte es mir, meine eigenen Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten, und der Wohnbereich war perfekt zum Entspannen nach einem langen Tag. Die High-Speed-Internetverbindung war stabil und schnell, was mir sowohl für berufliche als auch persönliche Zwecke sehr entgegenkam. Was jedoch wirklich den Unterschied ausmachte, war der herausragende Kundenservice. Das Personal war äusserst freundlich, aufmerksam und immer bereit, meine Anliegen zu beantworten. Jede Anfrage wurde prompt und effizient bearbeitet, was meinen Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machte. Insgesamt kann ich dieses Serviced Apartment in Zug uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Es bietet die perfekte Kombination aus Luxus, Komfort und erstklassigem Service. Egal, ob Sie geschäftlich oder privat unterwegs sind, dieses Apartment wird definitiv Ihre Erwartungen übertreffen. Location is great in the centre of Zug. Great communication with Maria and flexible to assist us on our late arrival. Definitely recommend this place. Great coffee, food and service at the coffee shop (Cafe Frech) downstairs. Highly recommended,

The Gubelhof Suites were perfect for our visit. We stayed in the large 1 bedroom and were provided with an extra bed in the living room as we were a group of three. Everything was top notch and the experience was fantastic. I highly recommend the property and would stay again in a heartbeat.

We recently stayed here for two months and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed for my stay. Maria, the landlord, was extremely helpful and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. She went above and beyond to ensure that I had a pleasant stay and I truly appreciated her hospitality. One additional highlight of my stay was the café Frech downstairs. They served the best breakfast I had during my trip and I highly recommend trying it. If you're looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay with delicious food options, I highly recommend this apartment and Maria as a host. You won't be disappointed!

My husband and I arrived in Zug in October 2021 from the States and immediately moved into Gubelhof Suites. We planned on staying for 2-3 months, but we ended up staying nearly one full year! Our apartment was in excellent condition - bright, clean and with up-to-date appliances. Gubelhof is perfectly located with the grocery store, train station, a gym and the lakefront all within a 2-10 minute walk. (I measured distance in cartwheels needed to arrive at my final destination, LOL.) Lastly there is Maria. Maria owns and manages Gubelhof Suites and does so with the utmost care and attention to details. Our apartment was cleaned weekly, and she was always very responsive to questions or requests. If you are in Zug and a room available at Gubelhof Suites, we highly recommend!!

Nous avons passé 2 mois dans une suite spacieuse (chambre +grand séjour-cuisine) La situation centrale du logement est très pratique pour les transports et commerces. Zug est une ville agréable et les promenades au bord du lac , dans la vieille ville et la montagne zugerberg sont très appréciables. Les prestations assurées par le propriétaire (accueil-courrier-ménage-possibilité de restauration-parking) sont irréprochables. Enfin, l'appartement fait partie d'un immeuble trés moderne, parfaitement équipé et insonorisé.
