"It was incredibly filthy!! There were bloodstains and other brown and orange stains on the mattress. There were hairs from at least two other people in the bed. Long black hair and curly blonde hair. The lamp in the bed was broken! The door to the balcony was broken. The carpet stank and there were bugs on it. Absolutely disgusting. I've never seen such a disgusting room!"
