On Easter Sunday we went to the Parkhotel Zug for brunch. From 11am to 3pm there are various delicacies available, from breakfast to starters to hot and sweet dishes. The price-performance ratio on that day of €75 was fair. We thought it was a shame that the whole starter buffet of roast beef, rosés, etc. was cleared away at 11.45am. We weren't used to that in other places. We would have liked to have eaten more of that than the heavy items from the hot buffet.

Horrible experience. Shabby room, bathroom not renovated in years, no milk for coffee, no internet! General manager has a bad attitude. I asked for some a la carte breakfast instead of the stale buffet and they seems confused. There must be better options in Zug

We went to the Park Hotel Zug for brunch (Sunday). The buffets (breakfast, starters, main course, dessert) are very nicely prepared and of great quality! The new interior is also very appealing in terms of color (Nordic). We would like to highlight the super friendly and competent service (Ana, 👍🫶)! We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Almost everything was good. Great bed! Good vegan dinner at the City Garden Hotel. Breakfast at the City Garden Hotel was disappointing as there were no vegan options (soy milk, veg. yogurt, veg. cheese or cold cuts). Please improve.

Terrible hotel and staff. Contruction work was started at 7am in the room above where i stayed (and its still ongoing an the time is now 9am). Its impossible to sleep. Then i called The reception, they offered me 10% back on what i have payed for the room - totally rediculous. An the second thing is that I could not get a drink at the hotel bar 6pm yesterday. And the reason was that they had an event. So the staff recommended me to go to a restaurant in the town.

The 90's called and want their TV back. 350 CHF per night and no internet TV. Pool in another building. Smallest fridge ever. Not even an iron in the room. How do they get away with such prices and service?
