We loved our stay, the staff was really friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is very well located and it not only has a beautiful restaurant on its own but there are also other food options not far away. We will definitely stay again the next time we pass by Zoug.

Sehr gutes und unkompliziertes Hotel, sehr zentral und sehr freundliche & hilfsbereite Personen die dort arbeiten. Es hat Parkplätze vor Ort (kostenpflichtig aber auch mit Tiefgarage). Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen für einen City Trip.

Das Hotel Zugertor hat in allen Bereichen überzeugt. Dank dem Online-Check-in dauerte das effektive Check-in gerade mal 2 Minuten. Und schon stand ich im geräumigen Zimmer, das genau so aussieht, wie auf den Bildern. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig. Die Fussbodenheizung im Badezimmer hat den eisigen Wintertag perfekt ergänzt. Das Frühstück war klein aber fein. Würde sicher wieder zurückkehren.

We have been here twice as a family from Ticino. Very central hotel within a 5-minute walk of the city center of Zug. The rooms are very large and clean! Price-performance ratio is also right. The morning buffet is very diverse and has everything. Also a very nice compliment to the staff, they are all very friendly and helpful. Als letzten Etappenort auf unserer Herzlivelotour war Zug auf dem Plan. Eurotrek hatte das Zugertor ausgewählt. Von aussen unscheinbar, wurden wir mit einer grossen, ruhigen Suite überrascht. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich.
