Top class hotel, perfect spacious room with all the facilities and a delicious morning breakfast. Perfectly located near to all the 1935 Zunyi conference sites and close to lots shops and restaurants too!

The temporary booking of this house exceeded expectations, the lobby environment is very good, the decoration is very artistic, the overall environment is quiet and not noisy, the sanitary details are in place, and the tables and chairs are dust-free. The infrastructure is well-equipped, the lighting is soft and not dazzling, the staff is polite, the price is affordable, the travel is convenient, the short stay is very suitable, it is worth recommending to friends.

This hotel in Zunyi was unexpectedly good – so comfortable and convenient! The service was excellent, parking was easy, and the rooms were great, with good soundproofing. The family room was spacious, and they even offered afternoon tea and late-night snacks. It's not far from the Zunyi Conference Site or Lou Mountain Pass. I feel so lucky to have chosen this hotel. Highly recommend!

This is my second visit to Zunyi, and I stumbled upon the Phoenix Grand Hotel. After checking in, I realized it was indeed the most satisfying part of my trip! On the morning of our check-in, while we were still enjoying Chishui, the hotel called to confirm our itinerary. When we arrived in the afternoon, we decided to extend our stay for an extra night. Even though it was during the Qingming Festival, they still offered us a very favorable rate for the extended stay. Seeing that we had a child with us, they proactively arranged a room for us on the first floor. The hotel is located in Huichuan District, which I consider to be Zunyi's new urban area. Suzhou Road, with tons of great food options, is just a short walk downstairs. You can find many Zunyi specialties within a few steps, like Min Si, Yiguo Xian, Huagongchang Roast Chicken, and Laopopo Ice Slush... so many choices that we couldn't try them all in two days. Phoenix Mountain is right behind the hotel, and the Zunyi Conference Site is about four kilometers away. Taxis are readily available downstairs at all times, making transportation very convenient. Now, let's talk about what impressed us the most about the hotel. While other hotels only allow you to wash one or two items for a fee, Phoenix Grand Hotel offers free laundry services every day. Each room's laundry is washed in a separate machine, dried, folded, and returned to your room. This was incredibly thoughtful for us, as parents traveling with children, who worry about clothes not drying. We could also sleep in and enjoy a leisurely breakfast, as it's served until 12 PM. There's afternoon tea from 2 PM to 6 PM, and late-night snacks from 8 PM to 1 AM (rice noodles, noodles, rice skin, wontons, tangyuan, and congee – your choice). Oh, and upon check-in, there was a fruit platter in the room (mango, grapes, green dates, cherry tomatoes, bananas...). If you're driving, the front desk will even help you book a car wash right behind the hotel lobby. Just hand them your keys, and they'll even park your car back in the parking lot after it's washed. When we checked out, the front desk proactively asked how many children we had and thoughtfully provided us with several bottles of the hotel's special chrysanthemum tea to drink on our journey. In summary, the service is very attentive, and their responses are prompt. I highly recommend choosing this hotel when you visit Zunyi!

The room is clean, the environment is good, and it is convenient to travel. The service attitude of the hotel staff is very good. They gave me a coffee coupon and upgraded my room. The hotel's location is excellent, allowing cars to drive directly to the entrance for drop-off and pick-up. I really liked the lobby's decor, and being on the 28th floor offers great views. The room amenities were complete, and all requests were promptly met. The 24-hour hot water was fantastic with good pressure, and the Wi-Fi speed was fast. The front desk staff who checked us in were very welcoming and assisted us throughout our stay via WeChat. Overall, it was a great experience.

The bed is comfortable, the space is enough, there are many countertops to put debris, and the air conditioning is powerful. Disposable slippers are very thick, praise! The elevator is dry, there is a ”no smoking” notice, praise! ! The front desk and the cleaning aunt are friendly and courteous. It is convenient to eat nearby and there are many choices. Poor sound insulation, not suitable for couples. The window glass is covered with dust and spider webs. The laundry room has a dryer, which is amazing, but the clothes that have been washed have a musty smell, and it is suspected that the amount is not enough. Breakfast is the restaurant next door, there are few choices, there is lamb mutton sausage and mutton belly powder, a bowl of noodles has 4 slices of 1 mm thin lamb, eat the second bowl if you want meat, add 2 yuan.

To be honest, I was looking for a hotel with a spacious room since I was staying for a few days, and I definitely picked the right one! This 200 yuan hotel is incredible value for money. They're generous with bottled water – you can take as much as you need. I even brought my own tea, but ended up using the Zunyi red and green tea provided by the hotel, which was surprisingly good! They also provide fruit. If you put your dirty clothes in the laundry basket, the staff will wash them and return them to your room in the evening. During my stay, I was too tired to go out after a shower on a few nights, so I just had a simple bowl of noodles for a late-night snack – it's great that they even have that option. The massage prices for hotel guests are also very reasonable; it seems like local prices aren't too high in general.

Must give five stars praise! From the beginning of check-in, I felt at home. Xiao Yuan at the front desk not only smiled warmly, but also took the initiative to help us upgrade the room type and introduce the surrounding food. Room service response is also super fast, and any needs can be solved immediately. New hardware facilities, comfortable bedding, next time you come to this city, you will still live here!

The hotel is conveniently located near supermarkets, and the rooms are clean with soft bedding! Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. They even provided complimentary bottled water, which was very thoughtful! A special shout-out to the front desk staff – they were incredibly kind, attentive, and efficient.
