Hotels in Suzhou Road/Shidai Tianjie, Zunyi

The hotel has its own parking area with plenty of spaces, including many near the elevators, which makes parking very convenient. However, there are no EV charging stations yet. The surrounding amenities are good, and while the room isn't huge, it's well-equipped with everything you need. The hotel contacts guests in advance to confirm bookings, and any issues during the stay are promptly handled, so the service attitude is very good. The laundry room has three washing machines and three dryers, making it quite convenient to use. Breakfast is standard. Overall, it was a good stay.

I brought my elderly parents and young child to Zunyi, and after comparing about a dozen five-star/diamond hotels, we ultimately chose this one. The stay truly exceeded our expectations. A few details really highlight the hotel's management quality: 1. The lobby manager, around thirty years old, was incredibly perceptive. He proactively met us when we arrived for check-in and brought us water while we were doing the paperwork. The next day, after I dropped my family off at the hotel entrance parking area, another car parked to the side, making it difficult for my somewhat wide car to pass. Just as I was about to get out and ask them to move, the lobby manager appeared and helped coordinate the car's relocation. In short, he even took on the duties of the bellman. 2. The front desk staff proactively helped my family take their luggage to the room. 3. My elderly parent scraped their arm while hiking, and the hotel front desk helped us purchase ointment. 4. After coming back in the evening and wanting to wash some dirty clothes, the front desk arranged for them to be picked up. They were washed, dried, sealed, packed, and returned, all within three hours. In the past, these were standard services for major international five-star chains, but now many Ctrip five-diamond and even five-star hotels don't offer this level of service anymore. It's rare that this hotel still maintains it. The hotel's decor isn't brand new, but it's generally clean and hygienic. The bedding and throws met expectations, and very importantly, the carpets didn't have that dirty, dingy look. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Suzhou Road, just a two or three-minute walk away, in a bustling commercial area with many restaurants. Our room faced the residential complex side, so it was quiet and not noisy. This hotel also offers a complimentary daily fruit platter, executive lounge afternoon tea, and late-night snacks. I heard you can even book a session to feed alpacas. Although we went out to eat and drink every day and didn't have time to pet animals, the free amenities were really nice. The service attitude of the front desk, lobby manager, and even the cleaning staff was beyond expectations. They smiled sweetly, responded quickly, and proactively greeted us from a distance, which is much better than the usual 'professional' smile. This is truly commendable. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money and is a rare five-diamond hotel that truly met our expectations.

I was in Zunyi for business and to meet friends, and since my friend was staying in the neighborhood next to the hotel, I recommended this place. It's nestled against the mountains and by the water, just two bus stops away from the Zunyi Conference Site, or about a 15-minute walk. Multiple bus lines stop right outside the hotel, connecting to various parts of the city, and there are plenty of restaurants and food stalls downstairs. The rooms are all on the second floor, with a simple Chinese-style interior design. The front desk service was attentive, and breakfast, laundry, tea, and daily necessities were all provided. I arrived early and checked in directly; they provided a quiet room. Although there's no elevator, a gentleman helped with my luggage when I left. Highly recommended!

The room is very spacious. I originally booked a parent-child room (one large bed and one small bed), but the receptionist was very welcoming and upgraded it to a free room (two large beds). The children enjoyed their stay! The hotel is very convenient. There is a night market, a food court, and basically all your favorite drink shops!

 Out of the 8 hotels that we have stayed so far for this trip to Guizhou, we found this hotel to be the most outstanding in terms of service especially the staff during the morning breakfast.  She was very knowledgeable in introducing the specialties of food in Zunyi that was served.  She even went to the extend of introducing the park that has the blooming cherry blossom. The varieties of food served during breakfast was great. Breakfast served on the top floor was great too. The room was also very comfortable.  Toiletries like body wash, shampoo, body lotion, etc were all with natural plant iingredients.

Long-distance travel through Zunyi, originally planned to pass by ~ booked for one night, but after coming, I decided to stay for one more day to visit the city. The location of the hotel is very good, opposite the Xiangjiang River, the window is beautiful to the river view, it is very comfortable to go downstairs and walk along the river in the morning, we walked to the Zunyi Conference Site, Mao Zedong lived in the old site, and there are delicious Zunyi mutton noodles nearby. Service: The front desk service is very good, especially kind, what needs to contact and respond quickly, then we continue to live, go out and find that the room is cleaned the same as the new stay, is our 20-day journey in the continued health of the best one! ! ! ! The price is really full! ! ! Very recommended this hotel! ! !

The room is clean, the environment is good, and it is convenient to travel. The service attitude of the hotel staff is very good. They gave me a coffee coupon and upgraded my room. It is one of the best hotels I have stayed in in Zunyi. I especially recommend this hotel for business trips and travel👍👍👍👍

The hotel is conveniently located near supermarkets, and the rooms are clean with soft bedding! Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. They even provided complimentary bottled water, which was very thoughtful! A special shout-out to the front desk staff – they were incredibly kind, attentive, and efficient.

I forgot to take pictures of the hotel, but its location is excellent, very close to the Zunyi Conference site. There's a parking lot, which is small but well-managed. You just leave your keys at the front desk, and they'll move your car whenever needed. The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Frequent business trips, Atour is the first choice. Hotel location is good, close to the office, convenient transportation. The room is simple and atmospheric, the bedding is super comfortable, and you can sleep well after a tired day. The desk and chair are easy to use, the network is stable, and the processing is convenient. The front desk Guan Dong, Haohao service is professional and efficient, breakfast is rich, the 24-hour laundry room is very practical, the details are in place, it is recommended!
