Great location and very clean. Super easy check-in and check-out.

Practical and economic. Nothing special but comfortable and easy.

Nice hotel apartment

The service attitude is very bad. I made a reservation at the hotel at almost ten o'clock the night before. Because I had to meet a client the next day, I wanted to ask if I could store my luggage the next day. I saw a 24-hour front desk on the homepage, so I called. As it turned out, the person on the other side of the phone was very mean and asked why he was calling to clean him if it was not about today! It was obviously a matter that could be solved with just one sentence, but he insisted on quarreling with me several times on the phone. I'm so angry! Because you have already paid, you cannot cancel and you can only check in the next day. As a result, the self-check-in email did not send a link. After waiting in the cold wind for more than an hour, I could not get in. In the end, I contacted Ctrip customers to solve the problem. I will never go to a place like this again! ! !

Very good, the bathroom is big

Lovely little apartments clean confortable good laundry room. Was a good stay abke to cook my own food and wash all my clothes after traveling for 3 weeks in hotel rooms this made the perfect change for me as i come to the end of my travels

It was written 2 single beds and we had 1 double

it was difficult to get in the property - there was a form that needed to be filled out sent by email to recover a code in order to get the key to the room... too complicated!... not sure why they did not email the code once the booking was confirmed and paid for!

Location was great with the Trams just outside that went straight to the Main Train Station. This room could have been a lot better if it taken care of. Listed air conditioning but all that was there was a button that didn’t work?!? Kitchen was stocked but needed to buy dish soap to clean after. Again, all this suit needed was some maintenance/repair.

Place was find. Great location,clean, check in was easy. The AC didn't work. It was very hot. Loud with the window open.

The stay was good but the check in process was horrible. I had 2 prior stays in Switzerland with similar apartments with no front desk person. But the other 2 communicated thru ********* app to let me know how to check in. Swiss Star did not communicate it at all. Took 3 hours for ********* person to help me figure out the problem. Swiss Star was suppose to send a code so I could check in but because they didn't have my personal email address I never got it and they did not send me anything thru the ********* app. I called and messaged multiple times and so did *********, finally after 3 hours they were able to get thru.

The rooms are generally nicely furnished. The beds and furnishings are clean. However, the mattresses are quite worn and should be replaced. The cleaning team is also very careless when mopping the floors. You could almost think that they only sweep.

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The price is cheap, yes, but you shouldn't be tempted by that and should spend a few francs more. The ventilation was so loud that you couldn't have a conversation. There were traces of blood (????) on the walls, there were traces of excrement in the toilet, the door handles had obviously never been cleaned as they were sticky and dirty, there was no hand soap, the bed was broken (the headboard was lower than the footboard), there were no bedside tables and the bed was probably not freshly made. The floor was dirty and the main door had no lock so that anyone could be in the building at any time. In addition, the ventilation blew a strong smell of ******** and later a strong smell of cigars into the room, which almost covered up the intrusive smell of Thai food that had previously been in the room. There is no staff in the hotel that you can speak to. The elevator didn't seem safe, some buttons didn't seem to work. After a short 15-minute stay, we decided not to sleep in this room. Luckily, checking out is just as easy as checking in, so we were able to just throw the key in the check-out box and leave. This "hotel" was about to be closed down.
