Very good, they also gave us two hats, the mini bar has a lot of drinks, there is a restaurant upstairs and downstairs, especially like their bed, it is very soft to sleep!

Outstanding! Ein wunderbares Hotel mit vielen Highlights. Grossartige Zimmer mit fantastischem Ausblick. Zentrale Lage und sehr aufmerksames Personal. Vor allem die Roof Top Bar ist sehr empfehlenswert mit feinem Sushi. Ich komme gerne wieder.

The room interior is stylish and reasonable. We booked the room with lake view, unfortunately the whole view was blocked by the flag that hotel arranged for us. The concierge and the cleaning staff were awesome, but the service at the other department was awful as a five star hotel: room service mistook our order; really slow check-in and breakfast service. We had dinners at hotel’s restaurant: the Italian restaurant was delightful experience highly recommended; the La muna which is the Japanese mixed Peruvian fusion, the cold plate were good, the hot ones are too salty and the sake could have been better…

Es war wundebar… Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam, die Zimmer sind wunderschön und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und das Frühstück liess keine Wünsche offen. Sehr empfehlenswert und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Beautiful hotel with exceptional staff! The rooftop restaurant has a breathtaking view of the lake that feels like an escape from the bustle of the city and the room we stayed in was beautiful and modern. Definitely a memorable stay and a great experience!

Hervorragende Zimmerausstattung und wunderschöne Einrichtung. Sehr schneller Room Service, gute Speisen und tolle Mitarbeiter. Der Weckruf hat perfekt funktioniert und das Auto war rechtzeitig für die Abreise vorgefahren wie abgemacht. Sehr empfehlenswert!
