I like the cleanliness and the decorations. I would like to friendly remind whose would like to book this hotel to check the email 🤣 I forgot to check email and waste some time on checking in. however, the follow up is OK. no worries at all.😊

I am extreme dissatisfaction with the level of customer service provided during my stay at VISIONAPAR**ENTS Zurich from April 9th to April 14th, 2024. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by several issues that significantly impacted my stay and left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. Firstly, one of the basic guest requirements, the ability to control the window curtains, was not available in my room. This lack of control over basic amenities affected my comfort and privacy during my stay. Furthermore, when I encountered other issues during my stay and sought assistance from your customer service team, I found them to be unprofessional and unhelpful. Instead of resolving the problems promptly and efficiently, I was met with requests for additional payment for basic requests and amenities. This approach was both unreasonable and unacceptable, especially considering the amount already paid for the accommodation. Additionally, the lack of responsiveness and support from your customer service team was evident. Contacting them by email resulted in delayed responses, often taking until the next day, which further exacerbated the situation and left me feeling neglected as a guest. Overall, my experience at VISIONAPAR**ENTS Militaerstrasse 24 Zurich was far below expectations, and I would not recommend anyone to book with this establishment through *********** or direct booking channels. The combination of inadequate amenities, unprofessional customer service, and lack of responsiveness has led to a highly unsatisfactory experience.

Near to train station

The apar**ent is clean, quite big with 2 Bedrooms and bathrooms and suitable for a group of four. Location near to train station only need to walk about 8 minutes if you bring suitcase. The check in time too strict and we cannot request early check in but overall we satisfied with the apar**ent.

Great location and spacious space. It’s too bad that my room was facing the circus which played music until 10:00 pm. Other than that, a very good stay.

Last minute reservation was cancelled and they gave property 2 km away from original property. Property was ok but we had to walk a lot because. We paid extra to stay closer to train station, which they cancelled and moved us to different property.

Convenient location. Easily walkable from Zurich HB. Sufficiently equipped with basic facilities required for self-catering. Ideal for tourists planning day trips in and out of Zurich!

Issues with number of towels 4 people and only 2 towels. Was resolved by the next day. Could not get the stove top to work but was fixed after emailing the company. Very responsive to emails. Very steep stairs with bathroom on ground floor so if anyone in your party uses the toilet at night it could be difficult.
