Great hotel, very close to Zurich HB, the old town and the internet-famous restaurant Armory. The hotel is newly decorated and elegant, the room is relatively large, and welcome fruits, chocolates and a bottle of Sparkling water are given. The hotel has an elevator, which is very convenient for large luggage to go up and down the stairs. In addition, I forgot my clothes in the room, and after contacting the hotel and Ctrip, they helped to send them to the hotel I stayed in later in Switzerland. The email communication with the hotel and the email l feedback were very prompt and timely. It is within walking distance to the main scenic spots, which is very convenient.

Room clean, breakfast of various choice and delicious, service always helpful (greetings for Rose) and the cherry of top is hotel locations which is super convenient! Highly recommend for those who want to discover city of Bangkok without spending a lot of money on accommodation. This it what you’re looking for!

The breakfast was average (limited food options) and restaurant service was just 6/10.. Location was good as it was near the shopping street. The hotel staff service was commendable. Free wifi, modern nice room interior. One might missed the hotel entrance. I will stay again if the price is at a good promotional price.

The hotel is in a great walking location to shopping, food, main train station and transportation. Grocery store near by and breakfast was exceptional. Staff was friendly, however we had some questions about the Zurich pass and they were unaware. Photos are exactly what the room looks like. The weather was good while we were there so air condition wasn’t a necessity but I did have it on when the room was stuffy and it worked well. I would have kept the windows open but you can hear loud exhaust cars passing through all night. When the windows were closed it wasn’t a problem. We checked in early as our plane landed early in the morning and they were able to accomadate us. Since we were able to show our luggage we had the rest of the day to explore the city. Upon checkin our room had a complimentary bottle of sparkling water, fruits, chocolate and a personalized note which was a great touch. Overall the hotel was in a prime location, comfortable bed and good breakfast. Would definitely stay again.
