Wonderful elegant hotel with magnificent staff,absolutely amazing restaurants and shopping around! Our stay was fabulous not just because of the splendor of this hotel but because of the professionalism and kindness of the staff! Definitely coming back soon!

Repetition, according to my octogenarian mother, is boring. Only the Good Lord knows how many times I have stayed in the Shangri-La. Only the Good Lord knows how many times I have given it a five-star review so I shall, yawn, repeat myself. The BAL is the best hotel in world. Full Stop. Over and Out. Thank you for playing and don't wake me up before Christmas. IT's staggering. Leaving the place hurts almost as much as ****nal losing the title run-in.

Ein Hotel das seines gleichen sucht. Es stimmt von A-Z alles. Die Maintenance in den Zimmern ist sehr hoch gehalten. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und motiviert und man spürt dass sie gut geführt werden und dass sie auch vom Management Wertschätzung erhalten. Das zählt am meisten und wir schätzen dies sehr.

Beautiful hotel! The room was spacious for Zurich, very nice bathroom and amenities. My rooms overlooked the construction and no note was ever sent about this,quite annoying. Also,totally unacceptable that such a hotel doesn't have a nespresso machine in the room. These were my only 2 negative points. The minibar in the room was free which was great. The breakfast was exceptional. I would come back but definitely not to a construction room view.
