Unsere Wünsche wurden direkt von Anfang an wahrgenommen und wir haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Das Hotel selber ist sehr schön gestaltet und die Lobby mit der Rezeption ist super einladend. Das Personal ist sehr aufgestellt und hilfsbereit. Das Hotelzimmer war der Wahnsinn, mit dem Whirlpool und dem Balkon.

Not acceptable at all. The hotel is being refurbished and we were just informed few days before our arrival. No lift and given bedroom in the 6th floor with a small kid. Walking up 6 floors by the stairs every time you arrive is not a joke. I cannot understand how this guys are opened and charging +1.000.- chf for 3 nights in these conditions. I have some interests in hotels in Mallorca and trust me that NEVER will manage to market our hotels in these bad conditions.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights with my family. We took 3 rooms, all of the same category. At the end of 2 days we realised that our room was smaller than the other two rooms, did not have a sofa or a balcony. When we had paid for the same category, we should have got the same rooms. The housekeeping team was very inefficient. They did not clean the toilet in the parents room and did not replace the towels as well. Even after bringing it to their notice, they just gave the towels and went away. They also didn't replenish the tea bags, we had to ask every time. They gave 2 bottles of water on the first day and did not replenish. When we were paying the same tariff on all 4 days, then why wasn't the water replenished? The breakfast spread was minimal. They didn't have the option of omelette or pancakes which has been a standard at other places we have stayed. The staff however at breakfast time was very helpful. The hotel was close to the metro stops which was the only saving grace.

Chambre spacieuse dans laquelle nous avons très bien dormi, très bonne situation de l’hôtel (à 3 min du lac et à 10 min à pied de centre touristique), personnel très gentil et serviable, bons petit-déjeuners, places de parking essentielles pour Zurich et très bon rapport qualité/prix. Nous sélectionnons habituellement des hôtels avec piscine. A cause des contrainte liées au Covid, nous avons choisi le Zorell et n’avons pas été déçus. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et Adrien notre fils de 6 ans a eu une petite attention à son arrivée (coloriage). C’est la 1ère fois que nous venons à Zurich, nous reviendrons sans hésiter (ville très agréable) et certainement dans cet hôtel pour tous les points cités ci-dessus et même s’il n’a pas de piscine.

Das Sorell Seefeld besticht durch sehr gut ausgestattete und stilvoll- modern gestaltete Zimmer. Die breiten Betten mit verschiedenen Kissen bieten auf Grund der hochwertigen Aufleger eine angenehme Nachtruhe. Dazu trägt auch die gute Schallisolierung bei. Die Zimmer verfügen über Flachbildfernseher, Safe, Klimaanlage und Kaffee/Teebereiter. Der Sanitärbereich mit Badewanne ist tadellos mit Pflegeprodukten und flauschigen Handtüchern versehen. Das Haus verfügt über Fahrstuhl und Hotelparkplätze. Frühstück gab es in Buffetform, das den Erwartungen der Hotelkategorie entsprach. Das Personal ist freundlich und arbeitet effizient. Durch die gute Verkehrsanbindung (Strassenbahnhaltestelle in unmittelbarer Hotelnähe) ist das Zentrum in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Insgesamt können wir das Hotel uneingeschränkt für einen Zürich - Aufenthalt empfehlen.

We had a room on the 6th floor for 3. Room was spacious and tastefully furnished. 6th floor is the attic so sloped ceiling which was not a problem at all. The room had two TVs (not smart TVs). Clean with clean towels and bedsheet. Corners in the room were dusty. One lift and only to the 5th floor so you have to walk one floor. The breakfast was a disappointment. Although we managed to eat, a lot of the bowls were near empty, missing bowls and glasses. There isn’t enough of breakfast staff so expect hectic breakfast. Coffee from a machine. The reception staff in the late hours of the day is gone and seems to be replaced by porters with very limited customer services experience. I suggest you try to arrive during the day. Parking facilities in the underground parking or at the back of the hotel. Unfortunately the hotel doesn’t let you know where there’s a car space so check before you drive down to the underground parking as it is nearly impossible to get out when the car park is full.

I don't think there is something good in this hotel, the room is too hot and the air conditioner not working the room temperature was 29 I told him I can not sleep and then gave my small fane, breakfast small not many choices, parking area very small, for me I will never visit this hotel again

Wir waren für zwei Mächte im Hotel Seefeld und durften sofar unseren kleinen Havaneser Welpen mitnehmen! Im wundschönen Zimmer, welches sehr modern und liebevoll (mit Boutique-Style) gestaltet war, fanden wir dann sogar einen Napf und ein Hundebettli vor, welches extra für unsere Kleine bereitgestellt wurde! Das Zimmer verüfgte über eine Kaffeemaschine, einen Balkon, einen TV, ein sehr grosszügiges und modernes Bad sowie das bequemste Bett aller Zeiten! Herzlochen Dank, wir kommen wieder!
