Locus of the hotel is excellent literally a tram stop outside. You can purchase tickets for the tram at the hotel. 9.10 Swiss Francs for 24 hours after you validate the ticket. Breakfast of boil eggs, breads, over night oats, one hot tea or coffee, juice, and fruit is 19 SF. I actually loved the breakfast and it filled me up until my evening meal. Coop down stairs. Rooms really clean and bed made up every day. TV that actually had English channels if needed. Reception staff and breakfast staff absolutely lovely. I actually cannot fault this hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Good location and free upgrade, unfortunately there was a concert on site that was very loud until 11pm. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful. The service is very friendly and courteous. The hotel is in good condition

The hotel was pretty good in many aspects. But it didn't have A/C, and there was no proper/normal size window to open either. If we opened the window the street noise was terrible.

Stay away. Not worth the money. Rooms have tiny windows and no air condition
Stay away and you can get cheaper rooms with a/c and bigger windows u can open and help you cool off
I end up going and booking another room and lost my money for two nights

I was only there for a night - room was very clean. However, it was uncomfortably warm - I ended up leaving the window fully open all night. Also, the wi-fi doesn't reach the third floor, which was inconvenient. Breakfast was lovely - very nice having the option to sit outside. Tram stop right outside. All staff were helpful.

When I checked in, I got a great upgrade to a junior suite. The room was great, but I was only there for one night. Unfortunately, the windows are not very airtight or soundproof. The doors in the hallways slam shut very loudly, which you can hear very well in the room. Otherwise, a great hotel and a good breakfast.
